We don't yet know what the technical features of Lamborghini's concept car will be, but we can expect it to be very high-performance and innovative, just like the latest models. Lamborghini has already demonstrated its electrification expertise with the Sian, a hybrid supercar that combines a V12 engine with an electric motor, then the Revuelto, replacement for the Aventador, which combines a V12 engine with 3 electric motors for a combined output of 1015 hp.

The Lamborghini concept car will be unveiled on August 18, at Monterey Car Week 2023, August 16-20 in California. The event brings together enthusiasts and collectors of vintage and modern cars, as well as manufacturers showcasing their latest creations.

  1. It's still what's been missing from his range, but I'm afraid that the bull will be sharing its components and platform with Porsche (at the very least, that's fine) but above all with Audi (where prestige takes a hit). It would need a certain autonomy and be produced in limited series to maintain its appeal. It's going to have to keep the V12 and have a weight worthy of a sports car, and not make a big mistake like the Purosangue, like putting in antagonistic doors with a central pillar that spoils everything.
The last Porsche concept was awful, so let's hope they've reworked it!

    • I don't like suvs or 4-doors, but the purosangue is much less ugly than this horrible urus what a horror this thing is.... I see that lamborghini wants to continue to lower the class of these models.... soon the lamborgini van de Chantier... the end is near....

We've come a long way from the days of the diablo and f40, now we've got suv garbage cans for bourgeois families...

      • For the SUV, I can understand that it's a disappointment, but personally, the Purosangue is spoiled by that damn doorpost, which if it didn't exist would give the Purosangue extra appeal, which otherwise is great apart from the weight. For the Sedan, it's something Ferruccio wanted but never really had the courage to do like Maserati, and one at Ferrari wouldn't be too much.
The only problem with the URUS is that you can immediately see where it comes from, and that doesn't justify the price.
SUVs are here to stay, whether we like it or not, and they're not going anywhere anytime soon.
