A few months ago, Totem Automobili presented the GT Super Farina, a modern interpretation of the 1960s Alfa Romeo Giulia GT, built for an enthusiastic client and powered by a 640 ch twin-turbo V6. Today, the Italian coachbuilder unveils an equally spectacular new creation: the Totem GT Super «Euforia,» a one-of-a-kind model that marks the second chapter in the collaboration between Totem and the renowned Neapolitan house E. Marinella.
Inspired by the colors of the Amalfi Coast
Each Totem GT Super is designed as a one-of-a-kind piece, crafted according to its owner’s wishes. With «Euforia,» the Treviso-based brand has chosen to pay homage to Italian elegance through a color called «Oro di Capri.» This three-layer metallic paint is inspired by the sunsets of the Amalfi Coast and the Italian cars that have captivated generations of enthusiasts. In the photos released by Totem, the bodywork—with its golden and coppery highlights—perfectly showcases the timeless lines of this modern reinterpretation of the Alfa Romeo Giulia GT. The result is striking: retro in its proportions yet resolutely contemporary thanks to its carbon-fiber body and modern monocoque chassis.

Italian sophistication down to the smallest detail
The story of ’Euforia« doesn’t end with its paint job. The interior was designed as a true work of artisanal art. Cobalt blue Nappa leather adorns the interior, while a hand-printed silk fabric from the 1985 E. Marinella archives is featured not only in the cabin but also on certain exterior details. Totem even went so far as to create a one-of-a-kind travel bag to match the car.

One of the most striking features is located in the center of the console: a Murano glass gearshift knob. This one-of-a-kind piece features colors that echo those of the car’s body and pays homage to Totem Automobili’s Venetian origins.

Visitors to the most recent Villa d’Este Concours d’Élégance had already caught a glimpse of this exceptional GT Super on display at Casa Totem or driving around Lake Como.
2.8L V6 with 640 ch
While the styling immediately brings to mind the Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT, the technology is that of a contemporary supercar. Hidden beneath the long hood is the «Gloria» engine, a 2.8-liter twin-turbo V6 developed in collaboration with Italtecnica Engineering. This powertrain, designed exclusively for Totem, delivers 640 ch and 655 Nm of torque to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission.

Weighing less than 180 kg, this engine stands out for its exceptional compactness, its dual direct and indirect fuel injection system, and its twin-turbocharger architecture. Combined with a curb weight of just 1,180 kg, this powertrain enables the GT Super to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. The chassis also incorporates modern design features, including a carbon-fiber monocoque structure, double-wishbone suspension, and high-performance Brembo brakes.
The Modern Vision of the Alfa Romeo GT
Totem likes to describe its GT Super as «an Italian grand tourer that never existed.» With «Euforia,» this philosophy undoubtedly reaches one of its finest heights. Combining exceptional craftsmanship, customization taken to the extreme, and performance worthy of a modern supercar, this creation once again demonstrates Totem Automobili’s unique expertise.
With only 40 units of the GT Super planned for production, each new delivery feels more like the unveiling of a work of art on wheels than that of a mere automobile. And this «Euforia» is likely one of the most elegant examples to date.
How beautiful 😍
€547,753.50 for the Totem GT
Hmm… I’ve looked all over my garage, but that beauty still isn’t in there!
Oh man, I just woke up—too bad, because dreams can make you a millionaire in no time. 🤣
Great, but at what cost?!
547753,50€
Not expensive enough, son… not expensive enough.
So you'll still get some change back!
A hand-blown gearshift knob?
I'm not a car enthusiast, but this one is a masterpiece of design. The rear three-quarters view is close to perfection.
It starts with an exceptional foundation, but Totem has proven that it can bring a car from the last century up to date.
What a beauty! While the color combination is certainly open to debate, this work of art is undoubtedly perfect for its owner.
Is it affordable and still available?
What a truly beautifully designed car. Cars should still be designed and manufactured to look like this stunning vehicle. All these SUVs and electric cars look boring and all the same. Bring back cars with personality.
Now that's a really cool, beautiful car. It's truly a car to fall in love with. Are you still looking for test drivers? 😉
Bring some light to Ferrari!
They're lost!
You've talked about everything except prices
How much air pressure did they pump into this car—which was so beautiful to begin with—until it ended up with such fat fenders? The original is almost always more beautiful, until someone comes along and turns it into a tacky car with flashy additions like (extra) wide tires, fender flares, and a lowered suspension—it’s always the same story.
Less would have been more, and it wouldn't have turned into an insult to its creator.
Yeah, that's right
The car would be really beautiful, but I don't understand why they gave it such an awful interior—it's beyond tacky.
Stunning! I'm pulling out my checkbook right away. This is the kind of thing that makes me fall in love with old-school cars all over again. A masterpiece. Now that's Italy!
