No, I looked it up: any car imported into France, whether new or used, is subject to the malus when it is registered in France for the 1st time. Giulia 2.0 280 hp cars are rare on the French second-hand market.

On the fact that I work with these people and that they don't buy cars in their name but in relation to their position.... Which changes everything and they're not subject to the malus or taxes of any kind that the French pay. It's disgusting... but that's the way it is.
We agree, as we often do. When you're Alfa Romeo, you offer this kind of model at the end of the construction of a plethoric range, not when you've only got three models in the catalog and a supercar that's already sold out... And again Fredo, normally we'd find this kind of product under Lancia in a Luxury version... but as Alfa started out making utility vehicles "at the request of the Italian State and not of customers" we're going to bring out a product that has nothing to do with the Biscione.
