Since the creation of Stellantis, the automotive group born of the merger between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and PSA, there has been a lot of movement in the brand's key positions. Maserati. With the results we know today, since the beginning of 2024, a number of new positions have been created. These include Luca Delfino's appointment as World Sales Director, and Giovanni Perosino's appointment as Head of Marketing and Communications. However, Luca Delfino had already held the position of Director Europe since the end of 2021, creating a need for a replacement. This is now the case with the appointment of Lucas Parasacco as Director Europe.
A strategic appointment
The Maserati press release announces: "Luca Parasacco has been appointed head of Maserati Europe. This appointment, effective from Monday May 20, joins a series of new positions within Maserati, aimed at fully capturing and covering the brand's objectives and strengthening and elevating the team led by Global Sales Director Luca Delfino, appointed in January 2024."
Luca Parasacco has been with the group since 1997. In his last position as Director of DISTRIGO, he headed the consolidated distribution network which supplies original spare parts to 11 brands belonging to the multinational holding company. A connoisseur of the network, Parasacco was also Head of Owned Dealers, responsible for the results and development of Motorvillage, FCA's retail organization, and Sales Director of Mopar Business Centres, the brand that identifies all Stellantis genuine spare parts and accessories. A stronger management team
Davide Grasso, CEO of Maserati, said: "I am delighted to welcome Luca to his new role at Maserati and congratulate him on the impressive career path that has brought him here to play a key strategic role in the European market. We are confident that this new member of the management team will contribute to improving our sales performance, as planned."

I hope that my previous experience and specific training in this field can make a substantial contribution to the brand's continued growth in Europe and worldwide."
