Maserati GT2 Stradale: images and video of the most radical of all homologated Maseratis

The wait is finally over. Maserati has just unveiled the GT2 Stradale at the prestigious Monterey Car Week 2024, and the first images confirm what we already sensed: the most radical Maserati ever homologated for the road is a true masterpiece. This model, inspired by the championship-winning MC20 GT2, pushes the limits of performance and exclusivity to a whole new level.

A design sculpted for performance

The revealed images show an aggressively designed Maserati GT2 Stradale, true to the spirit of competition. The front hood, with its new air intakes, sets the tone: every line and every curve has been designed to maximize aerodynamics. The redesigned bumper and optimized rear air intakes complete the picture of a car built for speed.

The most eye-catching element is undoubtedly the massive, imposing carbon spoiler, which contributes not only to aesthetics, but above all to aerodynamic performance. Forged wheels with central nut and carbon-ceramic brakes add a touch of sophistication and technicality, reminding us that this GT2 Stradale is as much at home on the road as on the track.

A purist's interior

Inside, Maserati has opted for a minimalist yet luxurious approach. The racing steering wheel, wrapped in alcantara, is part of a resolutely sporty ambience. The carbon monocoque racing seats are not only lightweight, but also a direct reference to the world of racing. Every detail, from the alcantara upholstery to the carbon finish, is designed to immerse the driver in a unique driving experience.

Breathtaking performance

Under the hood is the now-famous 640 hp Nettuno V6 engine, which propels the GT2 Stradale from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds. With a top speed of 325 km/h, this supercar doesn't just keep up with the competition: it sets the pace.

Its optimized power-to-weight ratio, at just 1475 kg, guarantees extreme driving sensations. The rear spoiler, with its aerodynamic support of 500 kg at 280 km/h, outperforms even the sharpest models on the market, such as the Lamborghini Huracan STO.

Colors to suit all tastes

Customization enthusiasts will not be left out. Maserati offers several distinctive colors for this GT2 Stradale, from classic black to two-tone white/black, blue/black and yellow/black. This color palette allows each owner to choose a model that reflects his or her personality, while benefiting from the car's incredible potential.

A real favorite!

With the GT2 Stradale, Maserati demonstrates its ability to push back the limits. After the MC20, the MC20 Cielo and the radical MCXtrema, the GT2 Stradale is the latest addition to a range that continues to grow in prestige and exclusivity. It's a real coup de coeur. In fact, Monterey Car Week 2024 paid tribute to the MC20, with numerous versions on display. According to our information, the MC20 GT2 Stradale will be priced at around €350,000.
