It’s easy to imagine a Lamborghini Huracán spending its days between a heated garage, a few mountain roads, and the terraces of luxury hotels. This Italian model has clearly led a very different life. Used daily since it was first registered in 2019, this Lamborghini Huracán EVO is said to have covered 225,376 km with its V10 engine and original transmission. That’s quite a remarkable endurance for a 640 ch supercar, even if the story has just come to a less happy ending: its engine finally gave out.
The X Account Impossible Mileage, which specializes in vehicles with unusual mileage, recently shared a photo of its odometer. It reads exactly 225,376 km. According to the account, the Lamborghini has been driven every day since it was new and has never needed a new engine or transmission.
100,000 km traveled in just over two years
The history that can be pieced together from various photos is particularly interesting. In November 2021, this Huracán’s odometer already read 100,000 km. In other words, it had reached this milestone just over two years after its initial registration, which, according to the data associated with its Italian license plate, took place in July 2019. The car then continued to rack up kilometers at a pace rarely seen on a Lamborghini. It reportedly passed the 200,000 km mark before finally reaching 225,376 km, at which point its V10 engine reportedly failed.

Its license plate, FY 505 BA, also makes it possible to track down several appearances of the car on Autogespot. In particular, the green Huracán was photographed in Reggio Emilia on May 23 and 25, 2020, and then in Milan in July 2023. These sightings, spaced several years apart, at least confirm that this particular car has not remained locked away in a collection.

A naturally aspirated V10 with 225,376 km on the odometer
This is a Lamborghini Huracán EVO LP640-4, equipped with the famous 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine. It produces 640 ch at 8,000 rpm and 600 Nm, delivered to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Lamborghini claimed a 0-100 km/h time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of over 325 km/h. It is therefore particularly unusual to see a vehicle like this exceed 225,000 km without a replacement, even if we do not know what repairs and maintenance the car has undergone during its lifetime.

A record for a Huracán?
It’s also difficult to say with certainty that these 225,376 km represent the all-time record for a Lamborghini Huracán. However, it remains a long way from a famous Lamborghini Murciélago with approximately 500,000 km on the odometer. The comparison does have its limitations, however, since this particular car had its engine replaced following an accident. With 225,376 km on the odometer, this Huracán EVO certainly serves as a reminder that a Lamborghini can cover far more than just a few thousand kilometers a year.
