377,034 km. That figure could belong to a diesel sedan that spent its entire life on the highway. Yet it appears on the odometer of a Lamborghini Huracán equipped with a naturally aspirated V10 engine producing 610 ch. And not just any Huracán: this is a model used by the Italian police, still recognizable by its blue-and-white livery and flashing light. Its mileage could very well make this Huracán one of the highest-mileage examples in the world.
The figure was shared on X by Helen Wakerley, along with a photo of the odometer. On October 4, 2026, the onboard computer of the Lamborghini had exactly 377,034 km on the odometer. This raises the question: Is this the Lamborghini Huracán with the highest mileage in the world?
It’s impossible to say for sure, since there’s no registry tracking the mileage of every Huracán. But exceeding 377,000 km in a Lamborghini equipped with a naturally aspirated V10 is exceptional enough to warrant a closer look. Especially since this car hasn’t exactly led a peaceful life.
A 610 ch V10 engine that has traveled nearly ten times around the Earth
Recognizable by its blue-and-white livery from the State Police, this Huracán is part of the first-generation LP 610-4 lineup. Launched in 2014, it features the famous naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 engine producing 610 ch and 560 Nm, paired with all-wheel drive. When it was released, Lamborghini announced a 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h. But the most impressive figure now lies elsewhere. With 377,034 km on the odometer, this Huracán has traveled the equivalent of more than nine times around the Earth. That’s a distance more commonly associated with a long-distance cruiser or a taxi than with an Italian supercar capable of revving past 8,000 rpm.

A Lamborghini that doesn't spend all its time chasing reckless drivers
Its high mileage can also be attributed to its very specific use. The Italian police’s Lamborghinis are not merely display cars. Since the beginning of the partnership between Lamborghini and the State Police In 2004, they were used in particular for the urgent transport of organs and medical equipment.

We were actually just talking about this recently when the new model arrived of the police's new Lamborghini Temerario. Over the past twenty years, the Polizia’s Lamborghinis have carried out more than 200 organ transports. In one instance, a Huracán traveled nearly 500 km from Rome to Padua in just three hours to deliver a kidney in an emergency. In other words, the mileage on this particular car isn’t just impressive on the odometer—some of those kilometers were likely covered in a true race against time.
Soon to be replaced by a 920 ch Temerario
After more than ten years of service and an incredible 377,034 km, the Huracán can now make way for its successor. Lamborghini has just delivered a new 920 ch Temerario to the Italian police, equipped with a twin-turbo V8 hybrid engine and capable of reaching 343 km/h.

Technology changes, the V10 is gone, but the mission remains the same. The question now is whether the Temerario will also be able to surpass 300,000 km one day. The bar set by this Huracán is set pretty high.
377,034 km Lamborghini Huracán. Now that's impressive. I've always heard they're reliable, but this must be one of the highest mileage totals ever?! https://t.co/yAgWM6HRsV
