Fiat 500X Yachting : Dolce vita

Fiat unveiled it in Capri: the new 500X in its Yachting version ! We talked about it a few months ago on the net where rumors were buzzing about a convertible version of the Italian crossover. Finally, it will be a canvas sunroof. Less expensive, less constraining, less denaturing for the design, it is a very Dolce Vita solutionalongside the 500C (former version) and 500E Cabrio 100% electric duo.

This very chic limited edition of the Fiat 500X Yatching is not without reminding the magnificent Riva which was proposed on the small 500. Same recipe here.

Indeed, we discover a interior of the most beautiful effect, in real mahogany (dashboard, gearshift knob), coupled with white seats with blue stitching. The presence of the canvas roof allows you to enjoy the summer hair in the wind, with class and distinction. What to cruise on the seaside and attract attention.

The 500X Yachting is based on the look of the 500X Sport. This gives it a collected, sporty and masculine look. The shade " Venezia Blue "It is superb and suits him very well. Note that this special edition is built in partnership with the Yacht Club of Capri.

  1. Very elegant. Once again the Italians make very successful products at the end of the product life ^^. Although only half of it because there is no hybrid version... As for the aesthetics, I think the front end lacks Dolca Vita. Maybe chrome instead of grey plastic on the front bumper to match the 500. At 39 390 €, the margin must be nice. They're right, it's better to release a very marketing "Yatching" product than just a 500XC whose price would have been lower, lower margin for small production.

  2. For a model with a starting price under 19.000 euros it seems a bit expensive, but it has a lot of charm! I'm a fan of the light interior!

  3. It's clear that it's expensive for a 500X... hence the marketing plan to make a Yatching edition like the Riva in order to make a big margin and finally not to offer a 500X convertible as a loss leader.

    • I hope they are actively working on an e-CMP base to offer the same charm with the same driving aids as the 500e because the Peugeot ones are far from convincing (especially the lane keeping which doesn't keep anything at all)... 34.000 euros would be quite good, at the same level as the Citroën offer which is quite ugly by the way ^^
