If we focus on this 600What's there to remember? First of all, it's a close cousin of the DS3, Jeep Avenger and the future Alfa Romeo Kid. And yes, it's the same technical platform and the same electric motor. under the hood.

Under the hood, an electric motor with a power output of 115 kW (156 hp) accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.0 seconds. And thanks to a 54 kWh battery, the new Fiat 600e boasts a range of over 400 km in the WLTP combined cycle and over 600 km in the urban cycle. Check it out on a test drive!

Like its Jeep Avenger cousin and its future Alfa Romeo Kid cousin (name not definitive), the 600 is no longer produced in Italy, as was the case with the 500X, but in Poland, at the Tychy plant, where the combustion-powered 500 is assembled. Conversely, the new 500e is now assembled in Italy... are you following?

Following in the footsteps of the 500e, this 600e will be offered at launch with a fully-equipped La Prima version (4 colors: Orange Sun of Italy, Sable Earth of Italy, Bleu Sea of Italy, Vert Sky of Italy) and a more basic Red (3 colors: Rouge, Onyx Black and Ice White).

The price has not yet been announced, but is likely to be just below that of the Jeep Avenger.

Why choose one 600 over another? For the look inside, the exterior, for the Dolce Vita spirit... because in reality, this 600 is only Italian in name and design... But since it's a safe bet that the target audience won't care about these technical details and will find it pretty, then we've achieved our goal! And if you'd like to try it out before it arrives in showrooms, you can visit your nearest DS or Jeep dealer.

  1. Compared with another Stellantis model, it retains the UConnect 5 system, and that's just as well, since the Peugeot/Citroën system is so inefficient... For the base price, I read 36,000 euros excluding bonuses.

      • Likewise, the cream trim is much more attractive, but only in the La Prima trim, and it's an extra 4 or 5,000 euros from memory...

  2. As for weight, it would be something like 10 kgs less than the Avenger. We're coming up with very decent values, and it's possible that with 200 hp the little Alfa crossover will have a bit of dynamism (I hope they'll make it rear-wheel drive, given the huge tunnel this 600 "benefits" from...).

  3. With the fpt 1.3 l engine it wouldn't be bad......but they make so much margin on electrics, 40% less components on an electric, it suits them well the manufacturers 😡

    • They're going to put in a 1.2 PSA, as they did for the Avenger, which was "supposedly" not to be sold in France with this engine. You can imagine what will happen next and the disasters that will ensue. For an engine manufacturer like Fiat, that's a real shame.

      • They're going to replace the lubricated belt with a chain, and since that's the main problem with this engine... On the other hand, we'll have a lack of distance from the FireFlies... Which I would have preferred as a choice, given their qualities.
