This Dubai-based company is building six modern 1,100 ch Ferrari F40 Spiders; here's what the first customer's car will look like

Just a few days ago, Venuum announced that the project to its spectacular V40 Spider was officially launched. Today, the Dubai-based tuner is taking things a step further by unveiling the first images of a configuration commissioned by one of its clients. And to say the least, this Ferrari SF90 Spider transformed into « F40 »modern" certainly doesn't go unnoticed.

A New Take on the F40

Following the debut of the first V40 Coupé and V40 Spider models in recent months, this new creation showcases the extent of the customization options available to the six future owners.

The body features a white paint scheme, accented by two wide turquoise stripes running from the front bumper to the massive rear wing. The same shade is used on the brake calipers, the seats, and several interior elements, creating a particularly distinctive visual identity.

The design stays true to what defines the V40: a silhouette inspired by the Ferrari F40 without ever being an exact copy. The four round taillights, side vents, fixed spoiler, and three central exhaust tips immediately bring to mind the iconic car of the 1980s, while the ultra-slim headlights, meticulously engineered aerodynamics, and proportions remain decidedly modern.

A Ferrari SF90 Spider tuned to 1,100 chevaux

Beneath this carbon-fiber body lies a Ferrari SF90 Spider. The Venuum therefore retains the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 paired with three electric motors, but promises an increase in power to approximately 1,100 chevaux. The performance figures remain impressive: a 0 to 100 km/h time of approximately 2.3 seconds, a 0 to 200 km/h time of nearly 6.5 seconds, and a top speed exceeding 340 km/h. These figures place this creation far above the original F40 and even beyond the production SF90.

The project is really taking shape

When Venuum unveiled the V40 this spring, many saw it primarily as a stylistic exercise designed to generate buzz. But the brand’s latest posts show that the project is making tangible progress. On Instagram, the tuning company confirmed that development of the V40 Spider had officially begun, while presenting the technical specifications and this first customer configuration with a simple message: «The project has already started. Coming Soon!!» This announcement suggests that the first units could now go into production in the coming months.

The V40 Spider will remain an extremely exclusive model. Venuum plans to produce only six units, each fully customized to the owner's specifications.
