The Apollo Evo has just revealed a new detail at the rear, where the mechanics become almost organic. Its exhaust system doesn't just evacuate the burning gases of a Ferrari V12: it displays itself like a living sculpture, a tangle of tubes that immediately evokes a snake... or rather a dragon. And with good reason: it's not a simple assembly of pipes. It's probably one of the most fascinating exhaust systems ever conceived for a hypercar.
3D-printed exhaust system
Apollo hasn't just optimized a conventional exhaust system. The German brand has chosen to push the boundaries by designing the largest 3D-printed monoblock exhaust system ever produced. Made from aerospace-grade titanium alloy, the assembly is manufactured in a single piece, with no visible joins.

It takes around 123 hours of printing to create this complex structure. The result is spectacular. The tubes intertwine with an almost natural fluidity, as if shaped by an organic force rather than an engineer.
A “dragon skin”
What immediately catches the eye is its distinctive texture. Apollo calls it “Dragon Skin”, a dragon skin that covers the exhaust ducts. Each tube is adorned with a finely sculpted scale pattern, giving the whole a biomechanical appearance. The exhaust seems alive, almost eerie, like a creature ready to come to life under the effect of heat.

But behind this radical aesthetic lies a real technical logic. These scales are not just decorative: they help to distribute heat more evenly throughout the system. A crucial advantage when you consider that the ceramic coating applied can withstand temperatures of up to 1000°C. Here, art and engineering become one.
V12 Ferrari
Such an exhaust could only be accompanied by an engine to match. The Apollo Evo retains the legendary Ferrari F140 V12, a naturally-aspirated engine capable of exceeding 800 hp and climbing to 9,000 rpm. In a car designed exclusively for the track, every detail counts. The exhaust system becomes a central component, as much for the performance as for the sensory experience. The sound, the heat, the mechanical staging... everything is amplified.

This choice is also in keeping with Apollo's “dragon” philosophy, already visible in the names of customized models such as Red Dragon and Samurai Dragon. With this escapement, this identity takes tangible form.
An ever more extreme hypercar
The Apollo Evo is not just the successor to the Intensa Emozione. It takes the concept of radical hypercar even further. More powerful, sharper, with a new carbon monocoque and Le Mans-inspired aerodynamics, it embodies an uncompromising vision of performance.

And as if to underline its exclusivity, only ten examples will be produced, all destined for the track. The first deliveries are imminent, and each of these cars will bear this unusual exhaust system like a visual signature.
