A revolutionary engine
At the heart of the Temerario is a totally new 4.0L V8 biturbo hybrid engine, designed and developed in-house by Lamborghini. Able to climb to 10,000 rpm, this engine is a true technical feat. By comparison, rival supercars such as the Ferrari 296 GTS PHEV and Ferrari SF90 Stradale, with revs of 7,000 rpm and 8,000 rpm respectively, seem almost modest compared to the Temerario.
This new 800 hp V8 engine is coupled to three electric motors (two on the front axle and a third between the motor and gearbox), offering a combined output of 920 hp and 730 Nm of torque available between 4,000 and 7,000 rpm. With acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds and a top speed of over 340 km/h, the Temerario sets a new benchmark in the hybrid supercar segment.
