Stellantis has just opened an Ali Baba's cave on eBay... over 15,000 used parts up to 70 % cheaper

What if the automotive bargain of the moment wasn't to be found at a dealer's or an OEM's... but directly on eBay? From April 7, 2026, Stellantis has quietly taken a new step in its circular economy strategy with an initiative as simple as it is effective: selling its original used parts directly online. And not just any used parts. Behind this announcement lies a veritable “Ali Baba's cave” for motorists and repair professionals.

Official Stellantis e-commerce... on eBay

Through its SUSTAINera division, Stellantis is launching these new e-commerce stores on eBay. The principle is straightforward: offer genuine used car parts direct from the group's dismantling center in Mirafiori, Turin.

Unlike conventional used parts platforms, here everything is controlled upstream by the manufacturer itself. The result is an already impressive catalog of some 15,000 to 20,000 available parts, with a level of traceability rarely seen on this market. Above all, these stores are not restricted to a single country. They are already active in France, Germany, Italy and Spain, with a clear ambition to rapidly expand throughout Europe.

Immersion in a gigantic heist... the official version

Browsing through the store, it's hard not to feel like you're browsing through a junkyard... but in a carefully sorted, digitized version. You'll find everything from Jeep Renegade bumpers and Fiat 600 hybrid wheels to Peugeot 308 taillights and Alfa Romeo Stelvio steering wheels. Even more specific parts such as car radios, body panels or electronic components are available.

The difference is that each part has been disassembled, inspected, cleaned and tested according to a standardized industrial process. There's nothing like a random piece of junk. Each product is accompanied by detailed photos, enabling you to accurately assess its condition before purchase.

Up to 70 % cheaper... without compromise?

This is obviously the argument that is likely to sway many potentially interested motorists. Stellantis claims savings of up to 70 % on the new price. And unlike some adaptable or reconditioned parts, these are exclusively original manufacturer parts.

Another reassuring factor is that a one-year warranty is included, as well as a 14-day right of return. For independent repairers and private individuals alike, the equation quickly becomes an attractive one, especially when it comes to costly parts such as bodywork or electronic components.

While the first parts come mainly from Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Jeep models, the range doesn't stop there. There are also references for Peugeot, Citroën, Opel and DS. And Stellantis has already announced its intention to rapidly extend the catalog to other brands, including those outside the group. A truly European platform for certified used parts.

By combining the power of a global marketplace like eBay with a manufacturer's guarantee, the group has created an unprecedented hybrid model between junkyard and official distribution.
