In Dubai, a supercar can switch careers without losing any of its extravagance. After the Ferrari Purosanguand then the spectacular Lamborghini Revuelto Delivered at the beginning of the year, Mansory is continuing its partnership with the emirate's police force.
For its fifth creation, the tuner chose another Italian car: a Ferrari 812 Superfast, with its naturally aspirated 800 ch V12 engine and, of course, a striking aesthetic transformation that’s hard to miss. «The fifth iconic model, inspired by the stunning Ferrari 812, adds a unique identity to the collaboration between MANSORY and the Dubai Police,» said Kourosh Mansory, founder of the tuning company. An «incomparable identity» that truly catches the eye.
A Ferrari 812 Superfast Modified for Police Use
The Ferrari 812 Superfast However, it is no longer part of Maranello’s lineup. Produced starting in 2017, it was gradually replaced by the new 12Cilindri, it remains one of the last examples of a design Ferrari holds dear: a massive naturally aspirated V12 mounted up front and sending power exclusively to the rear wheels. Its 6.5-liter engine produces 800 ch and 718 Nm. That’s enough to go from 0 to 100 km/h in under three seconds and reach a top speed of over 340 km/h. No increase in power specifically for this police car has been announced: with 800 ch already available, there was undoubtedly plenty to work with.
Mansory, on the other hand, has made significant changes to the bodywork. The 812 features a new front splitter, carbon-fiber aerodynamic components, custom side skirts, and, most notably, a massive rear wing. A particularly imposing diffuser frames the four exhaust tips, while new black wheels reveal yellow brake calipers.
The entire vehicle is painted in the traditional white-and-green livery of the Dubai Police, complemented by blue lights mounted behind the windshield. Discretion was clearly not part of the specifications.
The fifth Mansory joins the fleet
Above all, this Ferrari marks a new milestone in a partnership that has become particularly fruitful. Prior to this, Mansory had already customized a Mercedes-AMG G63, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and then two Italian models for the Dubai Police—which we’ve previously covered: the Ferrari Purosangue V12 and, more recently, the 1,050 ch Lamborghini Revuelto. The 812 Superfast is thus the fifth car to emerge from this collaboration.
The vehicle was unveiled in the presence of officials from the Dubai Police and Mansory. Like the other supercars in this impressive fleet, its role goes far beyond that of a traditional patrol car.
800 ch, but not really for car chases
After all, imagining this Ferrari speeding at over 300 km/h behind a traffic violator would be to miss the point of these cars. The Dubai Police mainly use their most prestigious models as symbols of prestige, particularly in tourist areas and at public events.
