Lancia Y

The Lancia Y, launched in 1995, is a compact city car that replaces the Autobianchi Y10 and inaugurates a new strategy for the Italian brand in the small premium car segment. Unlike most city cars at the time, the Lancia Y emphasized style, personalization and a refined interior.
Based on the Fiat Punto platform, it features a three-door body, a central dashboard and the Kaleidos personalization program, allowing customers to choose from a wide range of colors and interior combinations.
Produced until 2003, the Lancia Y was a great success in Europe, particularly in Italy. A total of 802,605 units were built before the arrival of the Lancia Ypsilon.
