By Tomaso Vallelunga

The De Tomaso Vallelunga was De Tomaso's first production car. Manufactured between 1963 and 1966, it adopted a very modern architecture for its time, with a rear mid-engine and lightweight chassis. Its name pays homage to the Vallelunga circuit in Italy. Very compact and sport-oriented, it laid the technical and philosophical foundations for future De Tomaso sports cars. Produced in just 59 examples, it remains one of the brand's rarest models.
