Faut-il devenir une marque de luxe \u00e0 volume, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de Porsche, ou au contraire se positionner comme une marque plus exclusive, dans l\u2019esprit de Ferrari ou Lamborghini ? Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es d\u2019h\u00e9sitation et de montagnes russes, la r\u00e9ponse semble enfin tomber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du r\u00eave au cauchemar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant longtemps, Maserati a symbolis\u00e9 le r\u00eave italien. Des mod\u00e8les \u00e9l\u00e9gants, des moteurs nobles, une aura de prestige. Mais derri\u00e8re cette image, les chiffres racontent une autre histoire. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es stables autour de 5 000 \u00e0 6 000 voitures par an jusqu\u2019en 2013, la marque a connu une envol\u00e9e spectaculaire pour atteindre 51 500 unit\u00e9s en 2017. Des usines au ralenti, du surstock, des concessionnaires qui ferment, des ouvriers au ch\u00f4mage partiel\u2026 Maserati est pass\u00e9e en quelques ann\u00e9es du r\u00eave au cauchemar industriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2024, une ann\u00e9e de silence avant la temp\u00eate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e 2023 d\u00e9j\u00e0 inqui\u00e9tante, 2024 aura \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par un \u00e9trange silence. Peu de communication, aucune vraie nouveaut\u00e9, seulement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/alfa-romeo\/alfa-romeo-et-maserati-changent-de-ceo\/\">la nomination d\u2019un nouveau CEO<\/a>&#8230; qui ne l&rsquo;erest pas rest\u00e9 longtemps. Mais les choses ont enfin commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 bouger : en juin 2025, Stellantis a un nouveau patron, et en octobre 2025, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/maserati\/apres-alfa-romeo-jean-philippe-imparato-maintenant-consacre-a-la-relance-de-maserati-lune-des-plus-belles-marques-du-monde-automobile\/\">Jean-Philippe Imparato est officiellement nomm\u00e9 CEO de Maserati<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/maserati-ceo.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43055\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/maserati-ceo.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/maserati-ceo-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/maserati-ceo-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/maserati-ceo-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancien dirigeant d\u2019Alfa Romeo, il conna\u00eet la difficult\u00e9 de relancer une marque italienne dans un grand groupe industriel. Et d\u00e8s ses premi\u00e8res apparitions publiques, le Fran\u00e7ais a envoy\u00e9 un message clair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maserati vise la rentabilit\u00e9, pas les volumes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est lors du transfert de la production des GranTurismo et GranCabrio de Mirafiori vers Mod\u00e8ne que Jean-Philippe Imparato a livr\u00e9 ses premi\u00e8res orientations pour Maserati :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><svg aria-hidden=\"true\" focusable=\"false\" class=\"icon icon-quote\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\"><use xlink:href=\"#icon-quote\"><\/use><\/svg>\n<p>\u201cPour que Maserati soit active, il suffit de produire 15 000 \u00e0 20 000 voitures par an. Nous n\u2019avons pas besoin de grands volumes. Nous ne devons pas devenir g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes, mais avoir l\u2019obsession du client et de la qualit\u00e9. Un client en col\u00e8re est un client perdu. [&#8230;] Nos clients ne pardonnent pas les erreurs, mais cette \u00e9quipe sait comment amener Maserati aux niveaux de rentabilit\u00e9 attendus.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif est d\u00e9sormais clair : retrouver la rentabilit\u00e9 d\u2019ici deux \u00e0 trois ans, avec une augmentation de la valeur r\u00e9siduelle de 5 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maserati choisit la voie de l\u2019exclusivit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, la marque au Trident se range r\u00e9solument du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Ferrari et Lamborghini, avec un positionnement tourn\u00e9 vers le luxe exclusif plut\u00f4t que vers le volume. Exit la tentation de rivaliser avec Porsche sur les chiffres de vente. Maserati veut produire moins, mais mieux. Pour les concessionnaires, souvent laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ce discours est porteur d\u2019espoir. On peut y voir un message implicite : \u201cnous allons vous soutenir davantage\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fixant un horizon de 2 \u00e0 3 ans pour la rentabilit\u00e9, cela nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 2028 comme \u00e9ch\u00e9ance probable pour une gamme Maserati enfin stabilis\u00e9e, coh\u00e9rente, et livr\u00e9e dans de bonnes conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La plateforme Giorgio conserve sa place<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre point important confirm\u00e9 par Imparato : la plateforme Giorgio, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e initialement pour Alfa Romeo, restera au c\u0153ur de Maserati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><svg aria-hidden=\"true\" focusable=\"false\" class=\"icon icon-quote\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\"><use xlink:href=\"#icon-quote\"><\/use><\/svg>\n<p>\u201cNous l\u2019utilisons pour GranTurismo, GranCabrio et Grecale. Elle restera avec nous pour les dix prochaines ann\u00e9es. Et nous pouvons aussi la raccourcir pour cr\u00e9er des mod\u00e8les plus compacts. Tant que je peux l\u2019utiliser, je le ferai.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 nuancer : ces mod\u00e8les viennent \u00e0 peine de d\u00e9marrer leur carri\u00e8re, et leur cycle de vie pourrait s\u2019\u00e9tendre sur 8 \u00e0 12 ans. Quant \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de \u201cmod\u00e8les plus compacts\u201d, difficile d\u2019imaginer autre chose qu\u2019un nouveau coup\u00e9 deux places, peut-\u00eatre une r\u00e9surrection du projet Maserati Alfieri ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le V6 Nettuno continue sa route<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, Imparato a confirm\u00e9 ce que beaucoup pressentaient : la transition \u00e9lectrique prendra plus de temps que pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><svg aria-hidden=\"true\" focusable=\"false\" class=\"icon icon-quote\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\"><use xlink:href=\"#icon-quote\"><\/use><\/svg>\n<p>\u201cLa transition \u00e9lectrique ne se fait pas dans les d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9vus, mais nous pouvons r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des clients en continuant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le V6\u201d, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Le V6 Nettuno, joyau technologique maison, a encore de belles ann\u00e9es devant lui. Et sans surprise, il sera \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux futures normes. Dans un groupe Stellantis o\u00f9 les moteurs nobles se font rares, il est logique que Maserati capitalise sur cette base exclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une nouvelle \u00e8re se dessine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En clair, Maserati a enfin trouv\u00e9 son cap : produire moins, mais mieux, miser sur la qualit\u00e9, sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client, et sur une rentabilit\u00e9 durable plut\u00f4t que sur des volumes artificiels. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de t\u00e2tonnements, cette strat\u00e9gie, \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e de Ferrari et Lamborghini, redonne une direction claire \u00e0 la marque au Trident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reste \u00e0 voir si la patience sera r\u00e9compens\u00e9e d\u2019ici 2028.
