Em 2017, Carlos Tavares e os diretores do grupo japon\u00eas Nidec definiram a sua ambi\u00e7\u00e3o comum: fazer da sua parceria um dos pilares da eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Europa. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/\">Stellantis<\/a>. Quase dez anos depois, esta alian\u00e7a estrat\u00e9gica est\u00e1 a vacilar. Confrontada com uma grave crise interna e com perdas colossais no sector dos motores el\u00e9ctricos, a Nidec quer agora virar a p\u00e1gina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para a Stellantis, a aposta \u00e9 grande: n\u00e3o se trata apenas de mudar de fornecedor, mas de salvaguardar o futuro da Emotors, a empresa comum que produz atualmente uma parte dos motores el\u00e9ctricos do grupo em Fran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O esc\u00e2ndalo que est\u00e1 a minar o gigante japon\u00eas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde h\u00e1 v\u00e1rias semanas, a Nidec est\u00e1 a atravessar a crise mais grave da sua hist\u00f3ria. Um inqu\u00e9rito interno e depois um relat\u00f3rio independente puseram em evid\u00eancia pr\u00e1ticas question\u00e1veis no seio do grupo japon\u00eas. De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, foram identificados mais de 1.000 casos de irregularidades desde 2020. Na maioria dos casos, os materiais, os processos de fabrico ou os desenhos dos produtos foram modificados sem a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via do cliente. Foram tamb\u00e9m identificadas falsifica\u00e7\u00f5es de dados de testes, anomalias no controlo de qualidade e erros relativos aos locais de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este caso vem juntar-se a um esc\u00e2ndalo contabil\u00edstico anterior. Uma comiss\u00e3o independente concluiu que os lucros do grupo tinham sido artificialmente inflacionados em 160,7 mil milh\u00f5es de ienes, ou seja, cerca de mil milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares, at\u00e9 meados de 2025. O relat\u00f3rio aponta o dedo ao fundador de longa data da Nidec, Shigenobu Nagamori, que \u00e9 acusado de exercer uma press\u00e3o excessiva sobre as equipas para atingir objectivos financeiros cada vez mais ambiciosos. Embora a Nidec afirme que, nesta fase, n\u00e3o foram detectados problemas de seguran\u00e7a nos seus produtos, o caso prejudicou gravemente a reputa\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O neg\u00f3cio dos motores el\u00e9ctricos tornou-se deficit\u00e1rio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mas o esc\u00e2ndalo n\u00e3o \u00e9 a \u00fanica raz\u00e3o para esta mudan\u00e7a de dire\u00e7\u00e3o. O verdadeiro problema \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m econ\u00f3mico. Considerado durante muito tempo como um dos projectos mais estrat\u00e9gicos da Nidec, o desenvolvimento dos e-axles, estes conjuntos que integram motor el\u00e9trico, eletr\u00f3nica de pot\u00eancia e caixa de velocidades, transformou-se num po\u00e7o de dinheiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Presidente da Nidec, Mitsuya Kishida, reconheceu recentemente que este mercado se tornou um \u00aboceano vermelho\u00bb, ou seja, um sector saturado onde a concorr\u00eancia \u00e9 feroz e as margens extremamente baixas. Os n\u00fameros falam por si. No primeiro semestre do seu ano fiscal, a Nidec registou um preju\u00edzo de 87,7 mil milh\u00f5es de ienes, ou seja, cerca de 470 milh\u00f5es de euros, na sua atividade de eixos electr\u00f3nicos. Entre provis\u00f5es para contratos deficit\u00e1rios e amortiza\u00e7\u00f5es de instala\u00e7\u00f5es industriais, a rentabilidade esperada nunca se concretizou. Perante esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, o grupo japon\u00eas decidiu proceder a uma profunda reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o e pretende agora retirar-se completamente desta atividade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depois da China, o Stellantis est\u00e1 diretamente envolvido<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Nidec j\u00e1 anunciou a sua inten\u00e7\u00e3o de terminar a sua empresa comum chinesa com a GAC em 2019. Mas a Europa tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 na sua mira. De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es reveladas pelo Nikkei Asia e depois recolhidas pela Reuters, Mitsuya Kishida confirmou que a Nidec estava tamb\u00e9m a planear sair da sua empresa comum com a Stellantis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta declara\u00e7\u00e3o marca um ponto de viragem importante para o construtor autom\u00f3vel. Desde h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios anos, a Emotors \u00e9 um dos elos essenciais da sua estrat\u00e9gia de eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Criada em 2018, esta empresa \u00e9 detida em partes iguais pela Stellantis e pela Nidec. A sua sede e o seu centro de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o situados em Carri\u00e8res-sous-Poissy, enquanto a produ\u00e7\u00e3o tem lugar na f\u00e1brica de Tr\u00e9mery, em Moselle. Esta f\u00e1brica n\u00e3o \u00e9 um local qualquer: anteriormente especializada em motores diesel, foi transformada para se tornar um dos principais centros europeus de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de motores el\u00e9ctricos. A capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ultrapassar um milh\u00e3o de unidades por ano. Os motores el\u00e9ctricos s\u00e3o utilizados em todos os modelos europeus do Grupo. Peugeot, Opel, Fiat, Citro\u00ebn...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Provavelmente, Stellantis n\u00e3o tem outra op\u00e7\u00e3o sen\u00e3o adquirir a Emotors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No entanto, contrariamente \u00e0 empresa comum chinesa com a GAC, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o na Europa parece diferente. Seria dif\u00edcil imaginar que a Stellantis abandonasse uma atividade t\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica quando a eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o da sua gama continua a ser um objetivo importante. As instala\u00e7\u00f5es industriais j\u00e1 existem, as equipas de engenharia est\u00e3o instaladas e v\u00e1rios programas de ve\u00edculos dependem diretamente das tecnologias desenvolvidas pela Emotors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais l\u00f3gica seria, por conseguinte, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da Nidec. Esta opera\u00e7\u00e3o permitiria \u00e0 Stellantis assumir o controlo total da empresa e assegurar a sua cadeia de fornecimento de motores el\u00e9ctricos. Para o construtor liderado por Antonio Filosa, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o poderia mesmo representar uma oportunidade.
