O antigo diretor-geral da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/\">Stellantis<\/a>, agora longe da az\u00e1fama das salas de reuni\u00f5es e das confer\u00eancias de estrat\u00e9gia, leva uma vida muito diferente no seu pa\u00eds natal, Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre o restauro de autom\u00f3veis cl\u00e1ssicos, a gest\u00e3o de hot\u00e9is e a paix\u00e3o pelo desporto autom\u00f3vel, Carlos Tavares continua a fazer o que sempre gostou: conduzir. E no fim de semana de 16 e 17 de maio, n\u00e3o foi ao volante de um carro el\u00e9trico ou de um prot\u00f3tipo futurista. Este monolugar explorava plenamente os princ\u00edpios do efeito de solo que dominavam o desporto autom\u00f3vel da \u00e9poca. Preparado para corridas, este motor produzia entre 165 e 190 cv, consoante a configura\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00fameros modestos hoje em dia, mas que, combinados com um peso de cerca de 455 kg, permitiam a este F3 atingir entre 240 e 250 km\/h com um som tipicamente Alfa Romeo, ra\u00e7udo e mec\u00e2nico. O Ralt RT3 \u00e9 frequentemente considerado como um dos melhores carros de F\u00f3rmula 3 do in\u00edcio dos anos 80, ao ponto de ter servido de trampolim para v\u00e1rios futuros pilotos de F1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um fim de semana cheio de acontecimentos em Portim\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carlos Tavares partilhou v\u00e1rios momentos do seu fim de semana de corrida no m\u00edtico circuito de Portim\u00e3o, no Algarve. Durante os treinos livres, o Alfa Romeo Ralt RT3 envolveu-se num contacto com outro concorrente, mas a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o correu melhor, com um tempo de 1m59s que permitiu a Tavares conquistar o sexto lugar da geral e o primeiro lugar entre os \u2019Non FR2000s\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O domingo foi muito mais intenso. Na primeira corrida, um problema de embraiagem obrigou-o a arrancar... com o motor de arranque. Como se isso n\u00e3o bastasse, uma roda traseira solta a tr\u00eas voltas do final complicou ainda mais a situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Resultado: nono lugar na geral e terceiro na classe. Na segunda bateria, a embraiagem voltou a falhar ao fim de apenas duas voltas. Apesar disso, Carlos Tavares continuou a corrida sem embraiagem, melhorando mesmo o seu melhor tempo de 1\u201958.604.
