No final de 2025, o s\u00edtio s\u00e9rvio parecia ser um dos elos mais fracos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/fiat\/\">Fiat<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoje, a ret\u00f3rica mudou. De acordo com as \u00faltimas informa\u00e7\u00f5es veiculadas pelos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social e pelos representantes dos sindicatos locais, a f\u00e1brica est\u00e1 agora a funcionar quase em pleno. Este aumento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a a ter um impacto real na economia s\u00e9rvia, apesar da situa\u00e7\u00e3o complicada em que se encontra a ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel europeia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uma f\u00e1brica pressurizada para um local pr\u00f3ximo da capacidade m\u00e1xima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O contraste com a situa\u00e7\u00e3o descrita h\u00e1 apenas alguns meses \u00e9 flagrante. Em dezembro de 2025, houve v\u00e1rias not\u00edcias de uma f\u00e1brica em plena reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o, incapaz de atingir os objectivos fixados para o Fiat Grande Panda. A Stellantis teve de mobilizar trabalhadores italianos de Pomigliano, Melfi e Mirafiori para apoiar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O tom \u00e9 agora muito mais otimista. Ivan Risti\u0107, presidente do sindicato FCA Srbija, diz que a procura est\u00e1 a aumentar muito e que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 finalmente a acompanhar as expectativas. \u00abA produ\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria varia, mas posso dizer que estamos perto da produ\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima\u00bb, explica, sem dar n\u00fameros precisos devido \u00e0 confidencialidade dos dados industriais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta melhoria baseia-se, nomeadamente, numa organiza\u00e7\u00e3o agora dividida em tr\u00eas equipas operacionais. E Stellantis prepara-se j\u00e1 para uma nova etapa: a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de turnos de fim de semana a partir de junho para aumentar ainda mais os volumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O Fiat Grande Panda a gasolina domina os canais por uma larga margem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrariamente \u00e0 imagem muito el\u00e9ctrica que Stellantis pretende por vezes dar aos seus novos modelos, a realidade industrial de Kragujevac mostra sobretudo o peso dos motores de combust\u00e3o. O modelo mais popular atualmente produzido \u00e9 o Fiat Grande Panda a gasolina, equipado com um motor de 1,2 litros e caixa de velocidades manual. Esta vers\u00e3o \u00e9 particularmente popular gra\u00e7as ao seu pre\u00e7o mais acess\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguem-se as vers\u00f5es h\u00edbridas do Grande Panda, seguidas do Citro\u00ebn C3, tamb\u00e9m produzido na f\u00e1brica s\u00e9rvia. As variantes el\u00e9ctricas 100 % continuam a ser uma minoria no mix industrial, mesmo que os volumes mudem de acordo com a procura do mercado. Esta hierarquia ilustra uma tend\u00eancia observada em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses europeus: apesar dos investimentos maci\u00e7os em ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, os modelos de combust\u00e3o e h\u00edbridos continuam a representar uma grande parte das vendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uma planta que se tornou importante para a economia s\u00e9rvia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O crescimento da unidade de Kragujevac \u00e9 uma boa not\u00edcia para a economia s\u00e9rvia. Enquanto v\u00e1rias f\u00e1bricas europeias de autom\u00f3veis est\u00e3o a reduzir a sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o ou a cortar postos de trabalho, a Stellantis est\u00e1 a aumentar as suas necessidades de m\u00e3o de obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com as estimativas do sindicato, o n\u00famero total de efectivos do estaleiro dever\u00e1 ultrapassar os 3500, apesar da elevada rota\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores. E com os futuros turnos de fim de semana, poder\u00e3o ser necess\u00e1rios 700 a 800 trabalhadores suplementares. Estes novos turnos funcionariam segundo um modelo particular: jornadas de 12 horas apenas aos s\u00e1bados e domingos, com um sal\u00e1rio inferior ao dos trabalhadores tradicionais de tr\u00eas turnos. As exporta\u00e7\u00f5es para It\u00e1lia, Fran\u00e7a, Alemanha e outros pa\u00edses europeus est\u00e3o a aumentar gradualmente. Todos os ve\u00edculos saem da S\u00e9rvia atrav\u00e9s do porto de Bar, no Montenegro, antes de serem distribu\u00eddos para os v\u00e1rios mercados europeus. A f\u00e1brica n\u00e3o se limita a produzir autom\u00f3veis completos. Tamb\u00e9m fabrica pe\u00e7as para outras f\u00e1bricas Stellantis, incluindo componentes de carro\u00e7aria para o Citro\u00ebn C3, que s\u00e3o enviados para a Eslov\u00e1quia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00edmbolo de uma viragem industrial para Stellantis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, esta melhoria surge num momento particularmente dif\u00edcil para o Stellantis. O grupo atravessa um per\u00edodo de turbul\u00eancia financeira depois de ter registado perdas de mais de 22 mil milh\u00f5es de euros, em grande parte ligadas \u00e0 sua estrat\u00e9gia no dom\u00ednio da eletricidade. Os resultados financeiros recentes conduziram a uma queda espetacular da cota\u00e7\u00e3o das ac\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na S\u00e9rvia, as consequ\u00eancias foram imediatas, com os trabalhadores da f\u00e1brica a perderem o b\u00f3nus de abril. O novo presidente da Stellantis, Ant\u00f3nio Filosa, apontou ele pr\u00f3prio o dedo \u00e0s op\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas do seu antecessor Carlos Tavares, acusado de ter apostado demasiado nos ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos sem antecipar suficientemente a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o real do mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O sucesso gradual do Fiat Grande Panda na S\u00e9rvia est\u00e1 a assumir uma dimens\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica importante. Depois de um in\u00edcio ca\u00f3tico, a f\u00e1brica de Kragujevac parece estar finalmente a encontrar o seu caminho.
