E esta, sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/ferrari\/\">Ferrari<\/a> e os seus famosos bot\u00f5es sens\u00edveis ao toque, \u00e9 um exemplo perfeito. Embora a marca italiana tenha reconhecido oficialmente que cometeu um erro ao voltar aos bot\u00f5es f\u00edsicos, nem toda a gente era suposto diz\u00ea-lo... t\u00e3o abertamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quando a Ferrari admitiu o seu erro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 quase um ano, a Ferrari fez uma grande mudan\u00e7a de dire\u00e7\u00e3o. Depois de ter introduzido controlos h\u00e1pticos em modelos como o Ferrari SF90 Stradale, o Ferrari 296 GTB e o Ferrari 12Cilindri, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/ferrari\/a-ferrari-abandona-os-irritantes-controlos-tacteis-e-volta-a-utilizar-os-bons-e-velhos-botoes\/\">a marca estava a voltar atr\u00e1s<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ideia inicial parecia atraente: modernizar a experi\u00eancia de condu\u00e7\u00e3o com superf\u00edcies t\u00e1cteis que se pretendiam intuitivas. Na realidade, por\u00e9m, as cr\u00edticas foram muitas. Activa\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o intencionais, falta de precis\u00e3o, frustra\u00e7\u00e3o ao volante... at\u00e9 a Ferrari acabou por admitir que os seus clientes n\u00e3o estavam convencidos. Com a chegada de novos modelos como o Ferrari Amalfi, o fabricante reintroduziu os bot\u00f5es f\u00edsicos. Melhor ainda, foi proposta uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o retrocompat\u00edvel, que permite aos propriet\u00e1rios de modelos recentes substituir a sua interface t\u00e1til sem mudar todo o volante. Mas no in\u00edcio de 2026, um concession\u00e1rio americano decidiu acelerar as coisas. Com sede em Atlanta, publicou uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o muito direta no Facebook e no Instagram: os propriet\u00e1rios de Ferrari Purosangue ou 12Cilindri podiam agora substituir os seus comandos t\u00e1cteis por bot\u00f5es f\u00edsicos dos novos modelos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"495\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48930\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1-420x173.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1-768x317.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1-18x7.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A mensagem era clara, quase provocadora para uma marca como a Ferrari: <strong>\u201cPode agora substituir o seu sistema de bot\u00f5es h\u00e1pticos pelo novo e melhorado sistema de bot\u00f5es f\u00edsicos!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta promessa foi acompanhada por um tom entusi\u00e1stico, quase comercial, que sublinhava o que muitas pessoas est\u00e3o a pensar: sim, os bot\u00f5es f\u00edsicos s\u00e3o melhores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o rapidamente apagada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O pormenor que muda tudo? Um m\u00eas depois, estas publica\u00e7\u00f5es simplesmente desapareceram. N\u00e3o houve nenhuma explica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial nem do concession\u00e1rio nem da Ferrari. Mas \u00e9 dif\u00edcil n\u00e3o ver isto como uma reorienta\u00e7\u00e3o interna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1028\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48931\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2-420x360.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2-768x658.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2-14x12.jpg 14w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A mensagem por detr\u00e1s desta iniciativa era delicada: reconhecer publicamente que um elemento chave da interface de um Ferrari moderno, em modelos que custam v\u00e1rias centenas de milhares de euros, poderia ser entendido como uma falha... e corrigido em troca de pagamento. Este \u00e9 um facto que a Ferrari admitiu em parte, mas sempre com uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o controlada, centrada na evolu\u00e7\u00e3o e na escuta dos clientes, nunca num \u201cerro\u201d flagrante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entre a imagem da marca e a realidade do cliente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 a\u00ed que reside a ambiguidade. A Ferrari sabe que os seus clientes querem bot\u00f5es f\u00edsicos. Os novos modelos provam-no, tal como as declara\u00e7\u00f5es dos seus diretores. Mas, ao mesmo tempo, a marca precisa de preservar a sua imagem: a de um fabricante de vanguarda que n\u00e3o comete erros - ou, pelo menos, nunca o diz claramente. Este concession\u00e1rio limitou-se a dizer em voz alta o que muita gente j\u00e1 estava a pensar.
