Discretamente, mas com grandes consequ\u00eancias. O grupo liderado por Antonio Filosa j\u00e1 n\u00e3o faz parte da bolsa europeia de cr\u00e9ditos de CO\u2082 pilotada pela Tesla. Uma retirada que est\u00e1 longe de ser simb\u00f3lica: marca o fim de uma depend\u00eancia estrutural dos cr\u00e9ditos de carbono do construtor americano, no preciso momento em que a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o europeia se torna mais rigorosa do que nunca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fim de uma parceria hist\u00f3rica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O documento publicado pela Comiss\u00e3o Europeia a 27 de fevereiro \u00e9 claro: a Stellantis abandona o grupo liderado pela Tesla, que inclui ainda a Ford, a Suzuki, a Mazda e a Honda. Mesmo a Toyota, que historicamente tem sido cautelosa e muito bem sucedida com os h\u00edbridos, tamb\u00e9m deixou o grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estes \u201cpools\u201d permitem que os fabricantes cujas frotas excedem os limiares de emiss\u00f5es europeus comprem cr\u00e9ditos a 100 operadores el\u00e9ctricos % como a Tesla. Desde 1 de janeiro de 2025, a m\u00e9dia imposta foi reduzida para cerca de 93 g\/km de CO\u2082. A penaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tem\u00edvel: 95 euros por grama em excesso e por ve\u00edculo vendido. Os montantes potenciais ascendem a milhares de milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, o Stellantis tinha recorrido amplamente aos empr\u00e9stimos do Tesla para evitar o pior. A exposi\u00e7\u00e3o era enorme, sobretudo em It\u00e1lia, onde a Fiat continuava a depender fortemente da energia t\u00e9rmica. Sem qualquer flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o regulamentar, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/o-stellantis-acaba-de-receber-uma-coima-teorica-de-pelo-menos-800-milhoes-de-euros\/\">a fatura de 2025 poderia ter ultrapassado os 800 milh\u00f5es de euros<\/a> apenas no mercado italiano. Atualmente, o grupo considera que pode passar sem ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uma aposta industrial calculada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta retirada significa uma coisa: Stellantis acredita que pode aproximar-se, e mesmo alcan\u00e7ar, os objectivos europeus pelos seus pr\u00f3prios meios. Ou melhor, gra\u00e7as a um novo aliado estrat\u00e9gico. Esse aliado \u00e9 o Leapmotor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considerado durante muito tempo como mais uma marca chinesa, o Leapmotor tornou-se um instrumento central na arquitetura regulamentar do Grupo. A Stellantis \u00e9 propriet\u00e1ria de 19 dos % do fabricante e est\u00e1 agora a preparar-se para uma implanta\u00e7\u00e3o em massa na Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A produ\u00e7\u00e3o local em Sarago\u00e7a, Espanha, muda completamente o jogo. Ao montar os modelos Leapmotor na Europa, a Stellantis evita os direitos aduaneiros, torna os ve\u00edculos eleg\u00edveis para os b\u00f3nus nacionais e, sobretudo, integra totalmente os seus volumes no seu c\u00e1lculo de emiss\u00f5es m\u00e9dias. J\u00e1 n\u00e3o se trata de uma coopera\u00e7\u00e3o comercial. Trata-se de uma estrat\u00e9gia regulamentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O Leapmotor j\u00e1 est\u00e1 a compensar as fraquezas da Fiat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os primeiros n\u00fameros de 2026 em It\u00e1lia s\u00e3o reveladores. Segundo a Dataforce, a Fiat registou uma m\u00e9dia de 116,2 g\/km para um objetivo de 99,5 g\/km nos dois primeiros meses do ano. Resultado: 66,1 milh\u00f5es de euros de penaliza\u00e7\u00f5es te\u00f3ricas j\u00e1 acumuladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas, ao mesmo tempo, os registos italianos da Leapmotor, impulsionados em particular pelo T03, l\u00edder no segmento dos VEB, geraram 57,5 milh\u00f5es de euros em cr\u00e9ditos te\u00f3ricos. Mais do que a BYD, mais do que a Tesla em alguns segmentos. Por outras palavras, o Leapmotor est\u00e1 a compensar quase inteiramente o \u201cd\u00e9fice de CO\u2082\u201d da Fiat em It\u00e1lia. Este mecanismo poderia ser multiplicado \u00e0 escala europeia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rumo a 2 mil milh\u00f5es de euros de poupan\u00e7as anuais?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O racioc\u00ednio \u00e9 puramente matem\u00e1tico. Se a f\u00e1brica espanhola vier a produzir 200.000 ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos Leapmotor por ano, a Stellantis poder\u00e1 gerar cerca de 1,8 a 1,5 milh\u00f5es de euros em vendas. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/porque-e-que-a-marca-chinesa-leapmotor-vai-salvar-a-stellantis-na-europa-e-render-lhe-quase-2-mil-milhoes-de-euros\/\">2 mil milh\u00f5es de euros em san\u00e7\u00f5es evitadas todos os anos<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 2027, com 40 000 unidades, o efeito seria ainda limitado. Em 2028, com 80.000 ve\u00edculos, o impacto j\u00e1 seria significativo. Mas em 2030, se a produ\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima for atingida, o Leapmotor poder\u00e1 tornar-se a verdadeira almofada financeira do Grupo face \u00e0 regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o europeia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta escolha significa que a Stellantis n\u00e3o transforma subitamente todas as suas marcas, como a Fiat, a Peugeot, a Citro\u00ebn, a Jeep e a Alfa Romeo, em 100 ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos % de um dia para o outro. O Grupo est\u00e1 a compensar as emiss\u00f5es dos modelos de combust\u00e3o com um volume maci\u00e7o de ve\u00edculos de emiss\u00f5es zero sob a bandeira chinesa. Uma abordagem pragm\u00e1tica e muito eficaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outro problema para Elon Musk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Elon Musk, as not\u00edcias s\u00e3o menos animadoras. Os cr\u00e9ditos regulamentares t\u00eam sido, historicamente, uma fonte de receitas para a Tesla. A sa\u00edda da Stellantis e da Toyota reduz o n\u00famero de grandes compradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Num contexto em que a Tesla j\u00e1 alertou para o facto de as receitas provenientes dos cr\u00e9ditos de CO\u2082 diminu\u00edrem em 2025, esta evolu\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta a press\u00e3o sobre as margens. Especialmente porque a desregulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental nos EUA tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 a reduzir as oportunidades no mercado norte-americano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na realidade, esta retirada do pool da Tesla simboliza uma mudan\u00e7a mais profunda. O Stellantis j\u00e1 n\u00e3o quer depender de um concorrente para gerir o seu risco regulamentar. O grupo est\u00e1 agora a construir a sua pr\u00f3pria fonte de cr\u00e9ditos de CO\u2082.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A estrat\u00e9gia chinesa j\u00e1 est\u00e1 a come\u00e7ar a ter impacto. O que at\u00e9 h\u00e1 pouco parecia ser uma simples diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o industrial pode tornar-se numa das mais poderosas alavancas financeiras do grupo na Europa. O Stellantis n\u00e3o est\u00e1 apenas a virar as costas \u00e0 Tesla.
