Mas nas subidas de montanha, uma estranha variante reinou durante v\u00e1rios anos: o Groupe 5 Silhouette, com um f\u00edsico totalmente transformado em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos GTAs habituais. A classe do Grupo 5 de \"carros de produ\u00e7\u00e3o especial\" foi inaugurada em 1976, com regulamentos permissivos e baixas quotas de homologa\u00e7\u00e3o que permitiram aos engenheiros serem altamente criativos com berlinas desportivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uma primeira carreira no Grupo 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O GTA 1600 de que estamos a falar hoje teve uma carreira de sucesso no Grupo 2 de 1965 a 1975, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de Carlo Chiti. O motor original era um 1300 com inje\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel de 16 v\u00e1lvulas, depois a berlina mudou para um 1600 com carburadores e uma transmiss\u00e3o modificada. O primeiro a correr foi Amerigo Bigliazzi de Siena, que o preparou em 1965 na Autodelta, vencendo corridas de prest\u00edgio no campeonato italiano absoluto de velocidade e no campeonato europeu de montanha. Depois de Amerigo Bigliazzi, o carro foi conduzido por Truci, Cesarini, Sacchini, Ciardi e outros, e continuou a sua s\u00e9rie de importantes vit\u00f3rias a n\u00edvel europeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45823\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-8.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-8-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-8-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-8-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1975: a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 1975, passa para as m\u00e3os da estrutura Tecnopel de Prato, onde se lhe junta uma irm\u00e3 g\u00e9mea e ambas s\u00e3o transformadas em Silhuetas Gr. 5, continuando a participar em corridas de montanha e em pista. O Gr. 5 da d\u00e9cada de 1970 permitiu modifica\u00e7\u00f5es significativas na carro\u00e7aria, com a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de ap\u00eandices aerodin\u00e2micos que eram t\u00e3o exagerados no seu alargamento que, em vez de se tornarem Silhouettes, os carros tornavam-se frequentemente feios e desajeitados. At\u00e9 o painel de bordo podia ser retirado e substitu\u00eddo por um de alum\u00ednio. O GTA, assim transformado em \"Silhouette\", \u00e9 irreconhec\u00edvel com as suas asas largas e os seus grandes spoilers. At\u00e9 parece um BMW 3.0 CSL ou um BMW 320 Turbo Grupo 5! O c\u00e1rter de \u00f3leo alargado \u00e9 feito de magn\u00e9sio, mas acima de tudo, um escape \"pesco\u00e7o de ganso\" montado lateralmente faz a sua apari\u00e7\u00e3o, dando-lhe um som verdadeiramente \u00fanico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45819\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-2.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-2-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-2-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um bom historial, ent\u00e3o a reforma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos 4\/5 carros ent\u00e3o convertidos em Gr. 5, corridos por Angelini, Rampa, Bellina e outros, apenas um se salvou e continuou a ser corrido na sua configura\u00e7\u00e3o atual pelo antigo Alessandro Fracastoro, que o comprou \u00e0 Tecnopel. Os conselhos do engenheiro Chiti, que levou os dois carros para o t\u00fanel de vento, revelaram-se oportunos, especialmente na pista, onde o layout dos dois GTAs, com os seus ap\u00eandices aerodin\u00e2micos altamente eficazes, sempre os tornou muito r\u00e1pidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45820\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-4.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-4-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-4-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/alfa-romeo-1600-4-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A hist\u00f3ria deste GTA segue depois para Arezzo, terra do lend\u00e1rio Celso Caccialupi, que comprou o carro a Alessandro Fracastoro em 1978 e o utilizou em subidas de montanha e em pista at\u00e9 ao in\u00edcio dos anos 80 sob o pseud\u00f3nimo \"John Travolta\". O carro participou em 300 corridas e obteve 70 vit\u00f3rias na classe, mas a carro\u00e7aria ficou gravemente danificada numa tempestade de granizo durante uma subida de montanha em 1981. A partir da\u00ed, a carro\u00e7aria nunca foi totalmente reparada, as participa\u00e7\u00f5es em competi\u00e7\u00f5es cessaram e o GTA Silhouette acabou por ganhar p\u00f3 numa garagem na Tosc\u00e2nia, apesar de o motor ter sido retirado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O renascimento de Fantini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Foi resgatado em 1987 quando, num estado deplor\u00e1vel de repara\u00e7\u00e3o, encontrou um comprador e passou a fazer parte da famosa Collezione Fantini em Arezzo. Ao longo da sua vida, Attilio Fantini reuniu uma cole\u00e7\u00e3o excecional de carros desportivos do s\u00e9culo XX, com as estrelas das corridas de circuito, dos ralis e das subidas de montanha. Conserva todos os acess\u00f3rios originais autorizados na altura: trav\u00f5es ventilados, dep\u00f3sito de combust\u00edvel com duas tampas para reabastecimento r\u00e1pido em pista, spoiler traseiro regul\u00e1vel, roll bar, painel de bordo modificado com instrumentos e contadores Jager da \u00e9poca, jantes BBS amov\u00edveis, portas e capots em fibra de vidro da \u00e9poca, arame de abertura das portas, vidros em policarbonato, escape lateral em pesco\u00e7o de cisne, caixa de admiss\u00e3o em fibra de vidro para proteger as 45 buzinas do carburador, caixa de velocidades obrigat\u00f3ria Colotti e c\u00e1rter de \u00f3leo em magn\u00e9sio.
