Gra\u00e7as a uma flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00faltima hora das regras europeias relativas \u00e0s emiss\u00f5es de CO\u2082, o Grupo escapou a uma san\u00e7\u00e3o financeira que poderia ter atingido n\u00edveis hist\u00f3ricos. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/o-stellantis-acaba-de-receber-uma-coima-teorica-de-pelo-menos-800-milhoes-de-euros\/\">uma coima te\u00f3rica de mais de 800 milh\u00f5es de euros<\/a> apenas no mercado italiano. Um al\u00edvio imediato, mas enganador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque esta decis\u00e3o de Bruxelas n\u00e3o resolve nada de essencial. Limita-se a adiar o problema para 2026 e anos seguintes, num contexto regulamentar que se tornar\u00e1 ainda mais rigoroso. Os limiares de emiss\u00f5es impostos aos construtores continuam a baixar, com uma trajet\u00f3ria agora claramente definida: cerca de 93,6 g\/km a partir de 2025, depois uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 55 % at\u00e9 2030, ou seja, um objetivo m\u00e9dio pr\u00f3ximo de 49,5 g\/km. Por outras palavras, um n\u00edvel praticamente inating\u00edvel para um grupo cujos volumes ainda se baseiam maioritariamente em modelos de combust\u00e3o e h\u00edbridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It\u00e1lia, revelando a vulnerabilidade da Europa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo recentemente publicado pela Dataforce \u00e9 um choque. Sem a flexibilidade regulamentar, o Stellantis teria acumulado mais de 800 milh\u00f5es de euros em multas em It\u00e1lia em 2025, incluindo autom\u00f3veis de passageiros e ve\u00edculos comerciais ligeiros. A Fiat, a marca hist\u00f3rica do Grupo e o seu pilar na pen\u00ednsula, teria sido o principal contribuinte, \u00e0 frente da Peugeot, Citro\u00ebn, Jeep, Opel e at\u00e9 da Alfa Romeo. E a It\u00e1lia \u00e9 apenas um exemplo. \u00c0 escala europeia, o risco potencial \u00e9 superior a mil milh\u00f5es de euros por ano. At\u00e9 agora percebida como apenas mais uma marca el\u00e9ctrica chinesa, a Leapmotor est\u00e1 gradualmente a tornar-se uma importante ferramenta estrat\u00e9gica para a Stellantis na Europa. J\u00e1 em 2025, as suas vendas de 100 ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos % permitiram ao grupo gerar cerca de 70 milh\u00f5es de euros em cr\u00e9ditos de CO\u2082. A f\u00e1brica j\u00e1 monta o Peugeot e-208, o Opel e-Corsa e o Lancia Ypsilon. A linha 2 do local est\u00e1 a ser adaptada para receber at\u00e9 200 000 ve\u00edculos Leapmotor por ano, com tr\u00eas turnos e uma taxa de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de quase 950 carros por dia. Quatro modelos est\u00e3o na calha: o B10 a partir do final de 2026, seguido do B05 em 2027, depois o A10 e o A05 a m\u00e9dio prazo. O arranque ser\u00e1 progressivo: cerca de 40 000 ve\u00edculos no primeiro ano completo, depois uma duplica\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da trajet\u00f3ria industrial e da procura europeia. Esta produ\u00e7\u00e3o local torna o Leapmotor eleg\u00edvel para b\u00f3nus nacionais, refor\u00e7a a sua aceitabilidade pol\u00edtica... e, sobretudo, permite que os seus volumes sejam totalmente integrados no c\u00e1lculo das emiss\u00f5es m\u00e9dias do Stellantis na Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O c\u00e1lculo que pode mudar tudo para Stellantis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O mecanismo da lei CAFE \u00e9 implac\u00e1vel, mas tamb\u00e9m matem\u00e1tico. Cada ve\u00edculo el\u00e9trico vendido compensa o excesso de emiss\u00f5es dos outros modelos do Grupo. Mantendo o pressuposto atual de uma penaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de 95 euros por grama de CO\u2082 acima de 94 g\/km, o racioc\u00ednio torna-se cristalino. Com 200.000 Leapmotors el\u00e9ctricos registados num ano, a Stellantis poderia gerar quase 1,8 mil milh\u00f5es de euros em cr\u00e9ditos de CO\u2082. S\u00f3 isso seria suficiente para neutralizar os \"maus desempenhos\" do grupo, da Fiat aos VCL, sem esquecer certas marcas generalistas que ainda dependem fortemente dos motores de combust\u00e3o. \u00c9 claro que temos de ser pacientes. Em 2027, com 40.000 unidades, o cr\u00e9dito potencial seria de cerca de 357 milh\u00f5es de euros. Em 2028, com 80.000 ve\u00edculos, j\u00e1 estaria perto dos 700 milh\u00f5es. Mas em 2030, se a f\u00e1brica de Sarago\u00e7a estiver a funcionar em pleno, a equa\u00e7\u00e3o muda completamente: O Leapmotor poderia render quase 2 mil milh\u00f5es de euros por ano \u00e0 Stellantis, n\u00e3o em vendas diretas, mas em penaliza\u00e7\u00f5es evitadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salvar o Stellantis na Europa e as suas marcas hist\u00f3ricas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta aposta industrial \u00e9 apoiada por uma s\u00f3lida realidade comercial. Em 2025, a Leapmotor entregou cerca de 600 000 ve\u00edculos em todo o mundo, mais do dobro do ano anterior. Para 2026, o construtor aponta para um milh\u00e3o de unidades, apoiado por uma gama el\u00e9ctrica e h\u00edbrida com pre\u00e7os agressivos. Para a Stellantis, o interesse \u00e9 duplo. Por um lado, o Leapmotor permite-nos aumentar rapidamente a propor\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos com emiss\u00f5es zero na Europa, sem esperar que as plataformas internas atinjam a sua plena maturidade. Por outro lado, funciona como um amortecedor financeiro face \u00e0s regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas que se tornaram um risco importante para a rentabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basicamente, o Leapmotor oferece \u00e0 Stellantis uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o pragm\u00e1tica para um problema estrutural. O Grupo n\u00e3o pode, a curto prazo, transformar subitamente a Fiat, a Alfa Romeo, a Peugeot ou a Citro\u00ebn em 100 marcas el\u00e9ctricas %. Basta compensar as suas emiss\u00f5es com um volume maci\u00e7o de ve\u00edculos de emiss\u00f5es zero produzidos e vendidos sob outra marca. \u00c9 este truque discreto, mas formidavelmente eficaz, que poder\u00e1 permitir ao Stellantis ultrapassar a barreira regulamentar europeia at\u00e9 2030. N\u00e3o vencendo a batalha tecnol\u00f3gica em todas as frentes, mas utilizando o Leapmotor como alavanca financeira e regulamentar.
