Na segunda-feira, 29 de dezembro, o Grupo anunciou uma nova paragem de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de 2 a 16 de janeiro, prolongando assim um m\u00eas inteiro de inatividade, uma vez que a unidade j\u00e1 se encontrava encerrada desde meados de dezembro. Esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 excecional, ilustra uma crise profunda e estrutural, intimamente ligada \u00e0s op\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas adoptadas nos \u00faltimos anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cassino, s\u00edmbolo de uma crise que est\u00e1 a instalar-se<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os n\u00fameros falam por si. Em 2025, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o na f\u00e1brica de Cassino nem sequer atingiu os 18.000 ve\u00edculos, um n\u00edvel historicamente baixo. E as projec\u00e7\u00f5es para 2026 s\u00e3o ainda mais sombrias, com os volumes da Alfa Romeo a n\u00e3o ultrapassarem as 13.000 unidades. Para uma regi\u00e3o que construiu o seu equil\u00edbrio econ\u00f3mico e social em torno da ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 a tornar-se cr\u00edtica. A aus\u00eancia de novos modelos antes de 2027, ou mesmo de 2028, e a subutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o cr\u00f3nica das instala\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o a alimentar a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o crescente de que Cassino sobreviver\u00e1 apenas com an\u00fancios e promessas, sem um verdadeiro plano industrial a curto prazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alfa Romeo, prisioneiro de uma aposta 100 el\u00e9ctrica %<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na origem deste impasse esteve uma op\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica que est\u00e1 agora a ser amplamente posta em causa. O plano inicial de Stellantis consistia em transformar a Alfa Romeo numa marca 100 % el\u00e9ctrica at\u00e9 2027. Neste cen\u00e1rio, o Tonale deveria terminar gradualmente a sua carreira, enquanto o novo Stelvio totalmente el\u00e9trico deveria ser apresentado em 2026, seguido pelo novo Giulia el\u00e9trico em 2027. Estes dois modelos deveriam ser os sucessores dos actuais Giulia e Stelvio, cujas vendas est\u00e3o a diminuir de ano para ano. S\u00f3 que esta mudan\u00e7a el\u00e9ctrica, considerada irrevers\u00edvel, foi concebida sem um verdadeiro plano B. A grande plataforma STLA dedicada aos futuros modelos Alfa Romeo foi desenvolvida exclusivamente para o 100 % el\u00e9trico. Os grupos motopropulsores h\u00edbridos, leves ou recarreg\u00e1veis, simplesmente n\u00e3o foram planeados a tempo. Como resultado, numa altura em que o mercado de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos est\u00e1 a abrandar fortemente, a Alfa Romeo encontra-se com modelos que est\u00e3o tecnicamente prontos... mas comercialmente inadequados para a nova realidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A reviravolta estrat\u00e9gica de Stellantis chega demasiado tarde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O paradoxo \u00e9 cruel. Desde a sua chegada, o novo presidente da Stellantis, Antonio Filosa, decidiu claramente mudar de dire\u00e7\u00e3o. No final de 2025, reconheceu publicamente que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/o-ceo-da-stellantis-os-pressupostos-sobre-os-automoveis-electricos-estavam-errados-ouvimos-o-mercado-e-revimos-a-nossa-estrategia\/\">os pressupostos sobre a transi\u00e7\u00e3o da eletricidade estavam errados<\/a>. As nossas previs\u00f5es internas baseavam-se numa penetra\u00e7\u00e3o maci\u00e7a dos ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, tanto na Europa como nos Estados Unidos. A realidade do mercado, marcada pelos pre\u00e7os dos ve\u00edculos, pelo poder de compra e pela utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, obrigou a repensar completamente a estrat\u00e9gia. A Stellantis quer agora oferecer uma vasta gama de grupos motopropulsores para todos os modelos e todas as marcas: combust\u00e3o, h\u00edbrido ligeiro, h\u00edbrido plug-in e el\u00e9trico. Uma abordagem pragm\u00e1tica, ditada pela procura real, e j\u00e1 coroada de sucesso nos EUA com o regresso em for\u00e7a dos motores h\u00edbridos e at\u00e9 do V8 na Ram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas na Europa, e na Alfa Romeo em particular, esta reviravolta chegou demasiado tarde. Os novos Giulia e Stelvio foram concebidos, projectados e industrializados em torno do conceito totalmente el\u00e9trico. A adapta\u00e7\u00e3o da plataforma STLA Large aos grupos motopropulsores h\u00edbridos requer tempo, investimentos adicionais e uma valida\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica exaustiva. Da\u00ed o adiamento para 2027 ou mesmo 2028 destes dois modelos-chave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\"Estava tudo pronto, mas ningu\u00e9m o queria mais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu pr\u00f3prio referi esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00e1 alguns meses no<a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/alfa-romeo\/teste-alfa-romeo-tonale-phev-270-cv-finalmente-tem-todas-as-carateristicas-de-um-verdadeiro-suv-premium-italiano\/\">Test drive do Alfa Romeo Tonale PHEV<\/a>. Por ocasi\u00e3o deste test-drive, falei com Cristiano Fiorio, ent\u00e3o diretor de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e marketing da Alfa Romeo. L\u00facido sobre a mudan\u00e7a estrat\u00e9gica do Stellantis, n\u00e3o esconde uma certa amargura. Nas suas pr\u00f3prias palavras, \"estava tudo pronto\" para lan\u00e7ar o marketing e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o do novo Stelvio. As equipas, as instala\u00e7\u00f5es de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, o pr\u00f3prio produto: tudo tinha sido alinhado de acordo com o roteiro inicial. Mas o mercado j\u00e1 tinha come\u00e7ado a virar as costas a uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9ctrica imposta, demasiado r\u00e1pida e demasiado r\u00edgida. O produto estava pronto, mas o contexto j\u00e1 n\u00e3o estava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2026, um ano sacrificado por Cassino<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As consequ\u00eancias s\u00e3o agora muito reais. Sem a nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o do Giulia ou do Stelvio, e sem uma alternativa h\u00edbrida pronta para produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a f\u00e1brica de Cassino encontra-se sem um verdadeiro motor industrial. Como resultado, 2026 parece ser quase um quadro em branco, e 2027 poderia ainda ser outro ano de transi\u00e7\u00e3o dolorosa. A f\u00e1brica est\u00e1 a pagar o pre\u00e7o de uma estrat\u00e9gia baseada em dogmas tecnol\u00f3gicos, sem ter suficientemente em conta os sinais do mercado.
