Compactos, com pot\u00eancia enviada para as rodas traseiras, t\u00eam motores f\u00e1ceis de preparar e est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis em grandes quantidades. S\u00e3o geralmente modelos econ\u00f3micos, como o Nissan Silvia e o Toyota Supra. Nos Estados Unidos, os \"muscle cars\" tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam uma palavra a dizer, como o Ford Mustang. O drifting \u00e9 muito popular no Jap\u00e3o e nos EUA, pelo que estes ve\u00edculos \"nacionais\" t\u00eam um lugar de destaque. Mas, felizmente, h\u00e1 algumas pessoas mais loucas que tentam ir contra a corrente. Vimos recentemente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/alfa-romeo\/uma-base-japonesa-um-motor-dalfa-romeo-quadrifoglio-v6-e-o-aspeto-de-um-giulia-sprint-eis-o-provavel-alfa-drift-polaco\/\">um Subaru BRZ com carro\u00e7aria Alfa e um motor V6 Biturbo<\/a>. Mas porque n\u00e3o ser ainda mais ousado, colocando em campo um supercarro?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 muitos supercarros no drifting. Caros de comprar e dispendiosos de manter, s\u00e3o, al\u00e9m disso, talhados para o circuito e o stress do drifting sobre a mec\u00e2nica n\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de gerir. Mas Federico Sceriffo n\u00e3o se deixou dissuadir. Por isso, decidiu preparar um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/ferrari\/\">Ferrari<\/a> 599 GTB Fiorano, batizado \"Fiorella\" para a ocasi\u00e3o, transformado num carro de drift. O projeto \u00e9 considerado um dos mais ousados no mundo do drifting: converter um GT de luxo com motor V12 numa m\u00e1quina de corrida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Os romanos s\u00e3o loucos!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Federico Sceriffo \u00e9 um piloto italiano que tem estado ativo no drifting desde 2004. Come\u00e7ou em It\u00e1lia, antes de se destacar nos palcos europeus e asi\u00e1ticos, nomeadamente no Jap\u00e3o com a Team Orange. Em 2012, ganhou o D1GP Exhibition Match em Odaiba e participou em v\u00e1rios campeonatos internacionais, incluindo a F\u00f3rmula Drift. A pintura branca, vermelha e amarela \u00e9 uma reminisc\u00eancia do Shell Ferrari F40 utilizado pelo Jolly Club no in\u00edcio da d\u00e9cada de 1990. O motor foi sobrealimentado com \u00f3xido nitroso, produzindo entre 800 e 950 bhp, dependendo da configura\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma indestrut\u00edvel caixa de velocidades de corrida Holinger de 6 velocidades substitui a caixa de velocidades original de F1. Como ele nos recorda, \"Eles (os projectistas da 599) trabalharam muito no carro para evitar a sobreviragem. \u00c9 um carro de circuito e est\u00e1 equipado com um eixo de transmiss\u00e3o. A caixa de velocidades est\u00e1 na traseira, o que lhe d\u00e1 um equil\u00edbrio \u00f3timo para a pista. O eixo de transmiss\u00e3o n\u00e3o o limita \u00e0 pista, mas \u00e9 a pr\u00f3pria conce\u00e7\u00e3o do chassis: \u00e9 um carro feito para andar r\u00e1pido e em linha reta. A 599 recebeu um refor\u00e7o estrutural completo (roll bar) e extens\u00f5es dos guarda-lamas (carro\u00e7aria larga) para acomodar pneus extra largos. As jantes de 20 polegadas (frequentemente OZ Racing) est\u00e3o equipadas com pneus de competi\u00e7\u00e3o adequados ao drifting e um sistema de travagem refor\u00e7ado para uma utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o intensiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O registo de competi\u00e7\u00e3o continua a ser respeit\u00e1vel, com um 2\u1d49 lugar no Motegi Racing Super Drift Challenge de 2019 em Long Beach, mas ainda sem uma vit\u00f3ria oficial na Formula Drift at\u00e9 \u00e0 data.
