E, no meio de tudo isto, uma berlina discreta, elegante, mas tem\u00edvel e inovadora tornou-se, sem que ningu\u00e9m se apercebesse na altura, o primeiro autom\u00f3vel de produ\u00e7\u00e3o a ser homologado com aerodin\u00e2mica ativa. Sob o seu capot estava um V8 de 2,9 litros derivado diretamente do Ferrari 308 Quattrovalvole, ligeiramente modificado para se adaptar a um estilo de condu\u00e7\u00e3o mais flex\u00edvel e civilizado. Para melhorar a estabilidade a alta velocidade, aumentando a press\u00e3o sobre o eixo traseiro. Uma vez reduzida a velocidade, ou mediante um simples comando, o spoiler retrai-se para dentro da bagageira, voltando \u00e0 sua forma elegante e perfeitamente integrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este dispositivo simples, mas inovador, fez do Thema 8.32 o primeiro autom\u00f3vel de estrada do mundo a dispor de um elemento aerodin\u00e2mico m\u00f3vel. A aerodin\u00e2mica ativa do Thema 8.32 pode parecer primitiva hoje em dia, mas a sua ideia b\u00e1sica era revolucion\u00e1ria para a \u00e9poca: adaptar a carro\u00e7aria \u00e0 velocidade para otimizar a estabilidade e o desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apenas 3.500 exemplares do Lancia Thema 8.32 foram produzidos e muitos ainda n\u00e3o se aperceberam de que est\u00e3o a segurar um peda\u00e7o de hist\u00f3ria tecnol\u00f3gica nas suas m\u00e3os.
