De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/antonio-filosa-italiano-do-stellantis-antigo-membro-da-fca-torna-se-diretor-geral-do-grupo\/\">que entrar\u00e1 em fun\u00e7\u00f5es no ver\u00e3o de 2025<\/a>Antonio Filosa est\u00e1 a deixar gradualmente a sua marca no grupo autom\u00f3vel. E embora seja italiano de nascimento, foi na Am\u00e9rica Latina que construiu a maior parte da sua carreira, entre a Fiat Chrysler e a Stellantis, nomeadamente no Brasil. Por conseguinte, uma grande parte do seu c\u00edrculo de confian\u00e7a prov\u00e9m desta parte do mundo... e as nomea\u00e7\u00f5es sucedem-se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 alguns dias, Stellantis anunciou a chegada de um novo Diretor Financeiro (CFO), o brasileiro Jo\u00e3o Laranjo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/o-ceo-do-stellantis-nomeia-um-amigo-intimo-como-novo-cfo-tambem-do-brasil-trabalhamos-juntos-ha-15-anos\/\">um homem que Filosa conhece h\u00e1 mais de quinze anos<\/a>. Paulistano que trabalhou na FCA, na Stellantis North America e depois na Goodyear, regressa ao Grupo para apoiar o CEO num per\u00edodo dif\u00edcil: queda das vendas nos Estados Unidos, press\u00e3o sobre as margens e eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o dispendiosa. \"Trabalhamos juntos h\u00e1 15 anos\", sublinhou Filosa para justificar esta nomea\u00e7\u00e3o expressa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drama na Europa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais um choque esta manh\u00e3. Jean-Philippe Imparato, antigo colaborador pr\u00f3ximo de Carlos Tavares e figura conhecida da Peugeot e depois da Alfa Romeo, abandona o cargo de Diretor Geral da Stellantis Europa. Oficialmente, ele dedicar-se-\u00e1 agora \u00e0 Maserati, cujo relan\u00e7amento supervisionar\u00e1, e \u00e0 Stellantis &amp; You, a rede de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para suceder-lhe, a Filosa escolheu outro perfil... mais uma vez com fortes liga\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Am\u00e9rica Latina. Emanuele Cappellano, atualmente respons\u00e1vel pela Stellantis Pro One (divis\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos comerciais) e antigo respons\u00e1vel pela regi\u00e3o da Am\u00e9rica do Sul, foi nomeado respons\u00e1vel pela Stellantis Europa. Italiano de nascimento, Cappellano iniciou a sua carreira em Turim, mas passou grande parte dela no Brasil e na Am\u00e9rica do Sul, trabalhando ao lado de Filosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uma equipa \u00edtalo-brasileira centrada em Filosa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com Laranjo nas finan\u00e7as e Cappellano na Europa, Filosa est\u00e1 a colocar aliados de longa data em posi\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas. Este facto envia um sinal forte a n\u00edvel interno: ap\u00f3s a era Carlos Tavares, em que o equil\u00edbrio entre as culturas francesa, italiana e americana era fundamental, Stellantis entra numa nova fase em que a It\u00e1lia e a Am\u00e9rica Latina desempenham um papel fundamental na governa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foram igualmente anunciadas outras mudan\u00e7as: Herlander Zola assume a dire\u00e7\u00e3o da Am\u00e9rica do Sul, Samir Cherfan continua a ser respons\u00e1vel pelo M\u00e9dio Oriente e \u00c1frica, Gr\u00e9goire Olivier \u00e9 agora respons\u00e1vel pela China e \u00c1sia-Pac\u00edfico, enquanto Ralph Gilles se junta \u00e0 equipa de gest\u00e3o do design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O objetivo destas nomea\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 consolidar o Stellantis em torno de um grupo central de gestores que partilham a mesma cultura e experi\u00eancia de gest\u00e3o na Am\u00e9rica Latina.
