Enquanto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/a-stellantis-suspende-6-fabricas-europeias-incluindo-as-fabricas-do-fiat-panda-alfa-romeo-tonale-e-alfa-romeo-junior\/\">Stellantis intensifica as paragens tempor\u00e1rias nas suas f\u00e1bricas europeias<\/a>A S\u00e9rvia \u00e9 uma exce\u00e7\u00e3o. Em Kragujevac, a f\u00e1brica onde \u00e9 produzido o novo Grande Panda, o grupo liderado por Antonio Filosa est\u00e1 a acelerar e a preparar-se para voltar \u00e0 capacidade total de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. E est\u00e1 a faz\u00ea-lo gra\u00e7as a uma receita no m\u00ednimo paradoxal: a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhadores italianos... e sobretudo a chegada maci\u00e7a de trabalhadores marroquinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">300 trabalhadores marroquinos lan\u00e7am o trabalho noturno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o Milano Finanza, cerca de 200 novos trabalhadores marroquinos dever\u00e3o chegar at\u00e9 ao final de setembro ou in\u00edcio de outubro, para al\u00e9m dos 100 j\u00e1 recrutados no final de agosto. No total, 300 trabalhadores marroquinos refor\u00e7ar\u00e3o as linhas do Grande Panda. O seu papel \u00e9 crucial: permitir a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho noturno a partir da primeira semana de outubro e, deste modo, acelerar o funcionamento da f\u00e1brica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e3o de obra local n\u00e3o correspondeu \u00e0s expectativas. Com um sal\u00e1rio proposto de cerca de 600 euros por m\u00eas, o Stellantis n\u00e3o conseguiu atrair um n\u00famero suficiente de trabalhadores s\u00e9rvios, muitos dos quais preferiram procurar noutro lado. Foi ent\u00e3o que o grupo se voltou para o estrangeiro, encontrando em Marrocos uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida e econ\u00f3mica para aumentar a sua for\u00e7a de trabalho. Embora, a n\u00edvel local, os s\u00e9rvios continuem a ser <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/fiat\/producao-do-fiat-grande-panda-muitos-servios-sao-muito-hostis-a-chegada-de-trabalhadores-estrangeiros\/\">hostil \u00e0 chegada de trabalhadores estrangeiros<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apoio italiano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os marroquinos n\u00e3o est\u00e3o sozinhos. Cerca de 150 trabalhadores italianos est\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m a participar nesta aventura. Provenientes de Pomigliano d'Arco (80), Melfi (50) e Atessa (15), foram enviados para a S\u00e9rvia para formar e supervisionar os novos recrutas. O seu papel \u00e9 fundamental para garantir a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o dos ritmos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e assegurar a qualidade nas linhas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duas equipas est\u00e3o j\u00e1 a produzir cerca de 350 ve\u00edculos por dia. Com a chegada do terceiro turno noturno, a Stellantis espera aumentar ainda mais o ritmo e estabilizar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de um modelo estrat\u00e9gico para a Fiat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A S\u00e9rvia acelera, a Europa p\u00e1ra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O contraste \u00e9 gritante. Enquanto a S\u00e9rvia se prepara (finalmente) para funcionar a toda a velocidade, noutras partes da Europa, o Stellantis est\u00e1 a abrandar. Em Pomigliano d'Arco, o Fiat Panda ser\u00e1 encerrado durante uma semana, enquanto a linha Alfa Romeo Tonale far\u00e1 uma pausa de duas semanas. Em Poissy, 2.000 trabalhadores estar\u00e3o em regime de tempo reduzido entre 13 de outubro e 3 de novembro. Em Madrid, foram igualmente anunciados 14 dias de trabalho a tempo reduzido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas medidas, explica Stellantis, destinam-se a adaptar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o a um mercado europeu dif\u00edcil e a regular as exist\u00eancias no final do ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O Grande Panda: um modelo-chave para a Fiat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Grande Panda dever\u00e1 tornar-se um pilar da gama Fiat, com vers\u00f5es h\u00edbridas e el\u00e9ctricas, mas tamb\u00e9m com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/fiat\/o-fiat-grande-panda-a-menos-de-15-000-euros-esta-finalmente-disponivel-mas-para-ja-nao-havera-suficiente-para-todos\/\">nova vers\u00e3o a gasolina sem eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>.
