Os n\u00fameros de janeiro a agosto de 2025 confirmam uma tend\u00eancia preocupante: a marca do tridente continua a cair, apesar de algumas excep\u00e7\u00f5es isoladas em certos mercados. Enquanto se aguarda o famoso plano de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o anunciado para o final de 2024, mas ainda n\u00e3o tornado p\u00fablico, a Maserati est\u00e1 a viver um per\u00edodo crucial que nos pode fazer lembrar os dias negros do in\u00edcio da d\u00e9cada de 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00fameros que falam por si<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos primeiros oito meses de 2025, a Maserati registou 5.537 autom\u00f3veis nos 10 principais mercados, menos 28 % do que em 2024. Em pormenor, a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 quase universal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estados Unidos: 2.288 unidades (-34 %). J\u00e1 em dificuldades, o maior mercado da Maserati dever\u00e1 ser ainda mais enfraquecido pelos impostos de 15 % anunciados por Donald Trump sobre os autom\u00f3veis importados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It\u00e1lia: 1.302 unidades (menos 22 no 1T3). O mercado nacional tamb\u00e9m diminuiu, apesar de julho e agosto de 2025 terem sido menos desastrosos do que o esperado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jap\u00e3o: 512 unidades (menos 37 no 1T3), prova de um colapso brutal na \u00c1sia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reino Unido: 217 unidades (menos 33 %), Su\u00ed\u00e7a: 134 unidades (menos 46 %), Austr\u00e1lia: 192 unidades (menos 31 %), Turquia: 140 unidades (menos 25 %), Espanha: 176 unidades (menos 20 %).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fran\u00e7a: a exce\u00e7\u00e3o, com 73 unidades (+26 %)... mas numa base de volume aned\u00f3tico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alemanha: a \u00fanica surpresa verdadeiramente positiva com 503 unidades (+33 %). A recupera\u00e7\u00e3o deve-se a um m\u00eas de julho excecional: 34 GranTurismos, 42 Grecale e... 27 Levante matriculados, prova de que os stocks adormecidos de SUV continuam dispon\u00edveis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, estas disparidades n\u00e3o alteram a tend\u00eancia geral: a Maserati est\u00e1 a perder terreno em quase todos os seus principais mercados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O peso dos erros do passado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se a Maserati est\u00e1 onde est\u00e1 hoje, n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas devido a uma conjuntura econ\u00f3mica desfavor\u00e1vel. Acima de tudo, a marca continua a pagar pelos erros estrat\u00e9gicos do passado. Na sua vontade de se tornar uma marca de volume, a Maserati deu um passo que talvez n\u00e3o fosse o seu. O seu auge, com mais de 40.000 vendas em 2016 e depois mais de 50.000 em 2017, est\u00e1 agora a revelar-se mais uma miragem do que um modelo a ser replicado. Para uma marca de luxo, atingir tais n\u00fameros significava afastar-se da exclusividade... e enfraquecer a sua imagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A este ritmo, a Maserati poderia cair para n\u00edveis de 6.000 unidades por ano at\u00e9 2026, compar\u00e1veis aos registados em 2012, antes do grande surto de crescimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ainda se aguarda um plano de produto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oficialmente, a Maserati deveria apresentar um plano de produto \"estruturado e vigoroso\" antes do ver\u00e3o de 2025. Internamente, o plano existe, mas n\u00e3o foi partilhado com todas as equipas. Por conseguinte, os nossos clientes, concession\u00e1rios e entusiastas continuam \u00e0 espera de an\u00fancios concretos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entretanto, a Maserati mant\u00e9m-se fiel ao que faz melhor: carros com um design tipicamente italiano, provavelmente entre os mais bonitos do mercado. Mas o problema est\u00e1 na tecnologia. A Ferrari e a Lamborghini j\u00e1 est\u00e3o a desenvolver h\u00edbridos plug-in de alto desempenho. A Maserati, por outro lado, n\u00e3o dever\u00e1 oferecer um at\u00e9 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por outras palavras, \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que os pr\u00f3ximos anos sejam particularmente longos. 2025 poder\u00e1 marcar um novo m\u00ednimo, e 2026 promete ser igualmente dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que \u00e9 que o futuro reserva \u00e0 Maserati?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A quest\u00e3o \u00e9 agora existencial: o que \u00e9 que a Maserati quer ser amanh\u00e3?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uma marca de luxo como a Porsche, capaz de vender mais de 300.000 carros por ano?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ou uma marca ultra-exclusiva, como a Ferrari e a Lamborghini, que se contentam com 10.000 a 15.000 unidades, mas com uma rentabilidade extraordin\u00e1ria?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A incerteza mant\u00e9m-se. O que \u00e9 certo \u00e9 que em 2027, quando as novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es de motores electrificados chegarem finalmente, a Maserati ter\u00e1 a oportunidade de recuperar. Por enquanto, a marca sediada em Modena est\u00e1 a limitar os danos e a cerrar fileiras.
