Enquanto alguns n\u00e3o gostam do seu estilo em forma de cunha, outros elogiam o seu car\u00e1cter at\u00edpico e o seu estatuto como o \"\u00faltimo Alfa Romeo\" antes da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o pela Fiat. Pode ter sido baseado num Giulietta 2 envelhecido, mas a sua configura\u00e7\u00e3o Transaxle, o seu aspeto muito anos 80 e os seus motores din\u00e2micos garantiram-lhe um grande sucesso comercial. Em 1986, a vers\u00e3o Turbo chegou ao mercado e, para lhe dar uma carreira desportiva como sucessor do GTV, a empresa milanesa lan\u00e7ou o desenvolvimento do 75 Turbo Evoluzione, 500 dos quais tiveram de ser produzidos para receber homologa\u00e7\u00e3o. Este modelo ficou finalmente dispon\u00edvel em 1987, equipado com um motor 1.8 Turbo de 4 cilindros e 155 cv. O 75 do dia \u00e9 um projeto que remonta a mais de vinte anos, denominado \"\"Evoluzione 239\u2033\", porque \u00e9 simplesmente o exemplo n.\u00ba 239 da s\u00e9rie de 500 produzidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motor original preservado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de 2004, este 75 Turbo Evoluzione, que at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o era original, come\u00e7ou a sofrer transforma\u00e7\u00f5es para competir no Time Attack It\u00e1lia com Kabir Bonavetti. Uma \"ideia brutal\", para parafrasear a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto no seu blogue, onde \u00e9 poss\u00edvel seguir todas as etapas desta aventura. Uma ideia um pouco louca, talvez, mas eles retomaram uma frase de Ayrton Senna que resume tudo o que liga estes entusiastas, de quem falamos regularmente: \"Se algu\u00e9m n\u00e3o tem mais sonhos, ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o tem mais raz\u00e3o para viver\". \u00c9 uma aventura que n\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de assumir financeiramente, porque se trata de uma fam\u00edlia \"normal\", que tem de trabalhar arduamente e sem quaisquer facilidades. Queriam manter o motor original, em vez de fazer uma \"troca\", o que \u00e9 bastante comum no sector. Para se imergirem ainda mais no esp\u00edrito do Vintage, h\u00e1 j\u00e1 alguns anos que utilizam uma autocaravana Alfa Romeo AR8T de 1985, totalmente restaurada, para as suas viagens!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9 um processo meticuloso que leva anos a concluir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ano ap\u00f3s ano, t\u00eam trabalhado para reparar, melhorar e atualizar o 75, apesar de um or\u00e7amento muitas vezes apertado e, como sempre neste tipo de aventura, momentos de dificuldade e depress\u00e3o. Em 2016, por exemplo, o motor teve de ser substitu\u00eddo na sequ\u00eancia de uma deforma\u00e7\u00e3o da carro\u00e7aria, e o motor Turbo Evoluzione original teve de ser substitu\u00eddo por um 1800 Turbo da primeira s\u00e9rie 75. Em 2015, o motor de 1762 cc (a cilindrada tinha sido ligeiramente reduzida no Turbo Evoluzione para cumprir os regulamentos do Grupo A na altura) foi profundamente revisto e optimizado, com o bin\u00e1rio m\u00e1ximo reduzido de 5500 rpm para 4200 rpm, melhor resposta a baixas rota\u00e7\u00f5es e gest\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica reformulada. Em 2016, foram realizados trabalhos no turbo Garrett do motor de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o para ganhar mais 20 cv, enquanto o eixo de transmiss\u00e3o teve de ser alterado em 2017, reconstru\u00eddo de forma id\u00eantica por talentosos artes\u00e3os locais, mas com engrenagens c\u00f3nicas mais curtas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 2021, um trabalho importante no dom\u00ednio da refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o levou ao aparecimento de duas entradas de ar no capot dianteiro abobadado, ao estilo de um muscle car. Em 2023, tamb\u00e9m em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com os especialistas de Maranello, a geometria da suspens\u00e3o foi revista, enquanto as flanges de admiss\u00e3o e os colectores de escape foram completamente reconstru\u00eddos pela GMC Racing. Em 2017, venceram a classe Historic do Time Attack italiano, depois participaram durante tr\u00eas anos consecutivos no Saloon Sport Festival em Zandvoort, um importante evento Alfa Classic na Europa.
