Claro que estamos a falar da primeira gera\u00e7\u00e3o, do modelo dos anos 50 e 60 e das vers\u00f5es ultra-preparadas e transformadas pela Abarth, com os seus escapes barulhentos e motores potentes que exigiam a abertura do capot traseiro, um verdadeiro terror nas pistas que, por vezes, humilhava carros muito maiores e mais potentes. O novo Fiat 500, lan\u00e7ado em 2007, n\u00e3o teve a mesma carreira desportiva, embora tamb\u00e9m existam vers\u00f5es Abarth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesmo assim, alguns exemplares foram inscritos em v\u00e1rias categorias de competi\u00e7\u00e3o. A Romeo Ferraris, em particular, tinha desenvolvido vers\u00f5es muito potentes. Mas o que vemos hoje \u00e9 completamente diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">500 com ester\u00f3ides<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40022\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As subidas de montanha s\u00e3o o para\u00edso dos tuners. \u00c9 um pouco como o para\u00edso de um Frankenstein mec\u00e2nico. Pode fazer-se praticamente tudo o que se quiser com ve\u00edculos experimentais: pegar no chassis que se quiser e colocar-lhe o motor que se quiser. Os Fiat 500 de todas as gera\u00e7\u00f5es, mas tamb\u00e9m os Fiat 124, s\u00e3o frequentemente utilizados como silhuetas para cobrir prot\u00f3tipos, cada um mais improv\u00e1vel do que o anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dos \"Fiat 500 hillclimbs\" mais loucos foi, sem d\u00favida, o do falecido Georg Pacher. Como se pode ver nas fotos, tem um kit aerodin\u00e2mico muito espetacular, diretamente de Pikes Peak, e acima de tudo um V8. Sim, um V8 num Fiat 500, pode imaginar que isto exigiu uma grande transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do chassis de base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40023\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza-2.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza-2-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fiat-500-hayabuza-2-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>De facto, n\u00e3o nos parece que existam muitas pe\u00e7as Fiat neste autom\u00f3vel. O chassis \u00e9 uma treli\u00e7a tubular em a\u00e7o. Todos os elementos est\u00e9ticos do 500 foram aproximados do ch\u00e3o, e a forma emblem\u00e1tica do tejadilho foi mantida, o que \u00e9 apreci\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O trabalho foi efectuado pela PRC, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como Pedrazza Racing Cars, um fabricante austr\u00edaco de carros de corrida para circuitos e subidas de montanha. A Pacher tinha inicialmente constru\u00eddo um prot\u00f3tipo com uma silhueta Puch TR5, o Fiat 500 da primeira gera\u00e7\u00e3o que tinha sido fabricado sob licen\u00e7a na \u00c1ustria at\u00e9 1975. O \u00faltimo prot\u00f3tipo foi baseado na silhueta do Nuova 500 de 2007, pesando apenas 680 quilos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dois motores Suzuki!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas o que \u00e9 ainda mais louco neste projeto \u00e9 o motor V8. \u00c9 uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de dois motores de 4 cilindros em linha da Suzuki Hayabusa, sincronizados por uma cambota especial. Sim, dois motores da lend\u00e1ria mota! Este motor foi desenvolvido pela empresa brit\u00e2nica Radical Performance Engines e testado no Radical SR8, que bateu o recorde de volta a N\u00fcrburgring nos anos 2000. De acordo com v\u00e1rias fontes, produzia 400 cv a quase 11.000 rpm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dez anos ap\u00f3s a morte de Pacher, foi um certo Bernard Wilhelm que pegou na tocha, mas conduziu outro prot\u00f3tipo baseado no Steyr Ouch, o clone austr\u00edaco do hist\u00f3rico Fiat 500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Abarth 500 V8 -
