Desde a chegada de modelos como o SF90 Stradale, o 296 GTB e o 12Cilindri, a Ferrari tinha-se apoiado numa interface ultra-moderna: controlos h\u00e1pticos no volante, supostamente para melhorar a ergonomia e a velocidade de execu\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas, na realidade, muitos condutores queixaram-se de uma experi\u00eancia frustrante, em que um simples toque activava fun\u00e7\u00f5es indesejadas, como o controlo de velocidade de cruzeiro ou a navega\u00e7\u00e3o no menu. Mas a boa not\u00edcia \u00e9 que esta melhoria n\u00e3o se destina apenas aos primeiros compradores. Gianmaria Fulgenzi, chefe de desenvolvimento de produto, confirmou que os propriet\u00e1rios de v\u00e1rios modelos recentes (296 GTB, Purosangue, SF90, 12Cilindri) poder\u00e3o ter este novo volante \"old school\" instalado nos seus ve\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Sim, pode t\u00ea-lo\", disse ele \u00e0 TopGear. Melhor ainda: n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio trocar todo o volante, apenas o cubo central. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser efectuada em qualquer concession\u00e1rio Ferrari, sem que o ve\u00edculo tenha de ser devolvido a Maranello. Um simples test drive \u00e9 tudo o que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para validar a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um retorno ditado pelos clientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrico Galliera, diretor de marketing da Ferrari, admitiu que a marca tinha sido demasiado ambiciosa com a sua interface t\u00e1til. O objetivo inicial, em particular para o SF90, era criar uma experi\u00eancia de condu\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e3o poderosa como a eletr\u00f3nica de bordo. Mas no seu esfor\u00e7o para otimizar tudo, a Ferrari negligenciou um elemento fundamental: a intui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"A nossa filosofia \u00e9: m\u00e3os no volante, olhos na estrada. Mas not\u00e1mos que os olhos estavam a ficar demasiado tempo no volante\", admitiu. Por isso, a Ferrari ouviu os seus clientes e decidiu voltar ao b\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O diretor de design, Flavio Manzoni, apoiou este desenvolvimento. Um grande crente no minimalismo, lembrou-nos que a beleza reside na simplicidade.
