Aquando da fus\u00e3o entre a PSA e a FCA, o grupo tinha 281 000 trabalhadores em todo o mundo. Tr\u00eas anos mais tarde, os resultados s\u00e3o claros: 263.000 empregados em 2022, 250.000 em 2023 e em 2024, <strong>A Stellantis regista uma for\u00e7a de trabalho de 248.800 pessoas. O equil\u00edbrio entre estes dois pa\u00edses hist\u00f3ricos foi assim mantido.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"801\" height=\"484\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/employes-stellantis-europe.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38152\" style=\"width:600px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/employes-stellantis-europe.jpg 801w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/employes-stellantis-europe-420x254.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/employes-stellantis-europe-768x464.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/employes-stellantis-europe-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 801px) 100vw, 801px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Na Am\u00e9rica do Norte (Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1, M\u00e9xico), a Stellantis tem 75 500 empregados, dos quais cerca de 50 000 s\u00f3 nos Estados Unidos. <strong>De facto, \u00e9 neste continente que se regista a maior redu\u00e7\u00e3o, passando de 89.000 trabalhadores em 2021 para 75.500 em 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Am\u00e9rica do Sul, por outro lado, registou um crescimento significativo, com 32.600 empregados, dos quais 27.000 no Brasil. Do mesmo modo, em \u00c1frica, na China e na \u00cdndia, a Stellantis aumentou os seus efectivos, nomeadamente em \u00c1frica, onde o n\u00famero de empregados passou de 5.600 para 7.800 em tr\u00eas anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota: contrariamente aos relat\u00f3rios anteriores, o Stellantis j\u00e1 n\u00e3o especifica a categoria \"empregados Maserati\" ou \"outros empregados\". Estes parecem ter sido reafectados \u00e0s diferentes regi\u00f5es, o que explica o aumento local sem grandes altera\u00e7\u00f5es no total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 interessante notar que os Estados Unidos, a Fran\u00e7a, a It\u00e1lia e o Brasil representam 156.000 dos 248.800 empregados, o que explica o facto de o Stellantis ser um grupo autom\u00f3vel global e multicultural. Outro aspeto interessante \u00e9 que, embora a Europa represente 51 % dos empregados do grupo, apenas representa 39 % das suas receitas. Inversamente, a Am\u00e9rica do Norte \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por 30 % dos empregados do Grupo, enquanto representa 42 % das receitas.
