No entanto, o futuro desta f\u00e1brica parece incerto, devido \u00e0 evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado autom\u00f3vel e \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as estrat\u00e9gicas no seio do Grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O projeto ACC: um futuro incerto para as baterias?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A f\u00e1brica de Termoli viria a ser transformada numa f\u00e1brica de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de baterias gra\u00e7as ao projeto ACC (Automotive Cells Company).<\/strong> Este projeto, que fazia parte do programa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/\">Stellantis<\/a> para refor\u00e7ar a sua carteira de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, parecia promissor. No entanto, as previs\u00f5es de vendas de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos foram consideradas demasiado baixas, o que levou o Grupo a reavaliar esta ambi\u00e7\u00e3o. O projeto das baterias <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/stellantis-mas-noticias-para-as-fabricas-de-pilhas-de-kaiserslautern-na-alemanha-e-de-termoli-em-italia\/\">parece ter sido abandonado por enquanto<\/a>Espera-se que a ACC fa\u00e7a uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o oficial sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 ao primeiro semestre de 2025. Este atraso coloca uma press\u00e3o adicional sobre a f\u00e1brica de Termoli, que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 a enfrentar os desafios da convers\u00e3o industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caixas de velocidades eDCT: uma nova dire\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto se aguarda a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do problema da bateria, a Stellantis tomou a seguinte decis\u00e3o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/stellantis\/stellantis-termoli-fabrica-para-produzir-finalmente-transmissoes-bateria-gigafactory-acc-abandonada\/\">aumento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de caixas de velocidades eDCT<\/a> na f\u00e1brica de Termoli. Esta parece ser uma escolha estrat\u00e9gica, uma vez que o aumento do volume de ve\u00edculos h\u00edbridos exigir\u00e1 a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o de mais caixas de velocidades. No entanto, esta nova atividade n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 provavelmente suficiente para ocupar toda a capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o da f\u00e1brica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A elimina\u00e7\u00e3o progressiva dos motores de combust\u00e3o interna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro fator que pesa fortemente no futuro da f\u00e1brica \u00e9 o fim pr\u00f3ximo da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de motores de combust\u00e3o interna. A Alfa Romeo anunciou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/alfa-romeo\/alfa-romeo-giulia-e-stelvio-o-fim-esta-proximo\/\">a descontinua\u00e7\u00e3o dos modelos Giulia e Stevlio com motores 2.0L GME e V6<\/a>. O Alfa Romeo Tonale, atualmente equipado com o motor 1.5L MHEV, ser\u00e1 renovado em 2027, e \u00e9 muito prov\u00e1vel que este motor deixe de ser utilizado nessa altura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, as vendas de Maseratis, que tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o equipados com motores V6, est\u00e3o a diminuir de ano para ano. Estas tend\u00eancias demonstram claramente que a f\u00e1brica de Termoli parece ter terminado a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de motores de combust\u00e3o. At\u00e9 \u00e0 data, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 qualquer ind\u00edcio de que a Stellantis pretenda investir e desenvolver os motores GSE, GME e V6 produzidos nesta f\u00e1brica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O futuro da f\u00e1brica: que solu\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias para garantir o seu futuro a longo prazo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 2025 e 2030, a f\u00e1brica de Termoli ter\u00e1 ainda volumes de produ\u00e7\u00e3o a satisfazer, nomeadamente para <strong>o Fiat 500 h\u00edbrido e o Fiat Panda h\u00edbrido, que exigir\u00e3o motores GSE 1.0L de 70 cv.<\/strong> Mas ser\u00e1 isto suficiente para garantir o futuro da f\u00e1brica? Os sindicatos, e em particular a FIM-CISL, j\u00e1 sublinharam a import\u00e2ncia da atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de novos motores e a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de baterias em Termoli. A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos 2.000 trabalhadores diretos e indirectos que dependem diretamente da f\u00e1brica \u00e9 uma prioridade para garantir o seu futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto ACC, com os seus objectivos ambiciosos, parecia ser a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de convers\u00e3o ideal para a f\u00e1brica, mas de momento n\u00e3o o \u00e9,<strong> continua a depender do \u00eaxito da primeira f\u00e1brica francesa,<\/strong> que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 a ter problemas de rentabilidade.
