Inicialmente batizado de \"Milano\", em homenagem \u00e0 cidade natal da marca, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/alfa-romeo\/lalfa-romeo-milano-oficial-muda-o-seu-nome-para-junior\/\">o nome do ve\u00edculo foi rapidamente alterado para \"J\u00fanior\".<\/a>. Houve raz\u00f5es muito espec\u00edficas para esta mudan\u00e7a inesperada, como explica Jean Philippe Imparato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O nome \"Milano\" causou controv\u00e9rsia, sobretudo porque o ve\u00edculo \u00e9 produzido na Pol\u00f3nia e n\u00e3o em It\u00e1lia. A controv\u00e9rsia atingiu tais propor\u00e7\u00f5es que figuras pol\u00edticas, incluindo o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/pt\/alfa-romeo\/alfa-romeo-milano-o-nome-nao-agrada-ao-ministro-do-made-in-italy\/\">O Ministro Adolfo Urso interveio,<\/a> sugerindo que <strong>o nome pode mesmo ser considerado ilegal <\/strong>devido \u00e0 potencial confus\u00e3o que poderia criar entre os consumidores. Imparato, que tem tr\u00eas d\u00e9cadas de experi\u00eancia na ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel, foi r\u00e1pido a avaliar os riscos: <strong>\"Entrar em conflito com o mundo pol\u00edtico significa perder automaticamente 50% dos nossos clientes\".<\/strong>confidenciou numa entrevista \u00e0 Sky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o de mudar o nosso nome n\u00e3o foi f\u00e1cil, mas era uma necessidade para <strong>preservar a imagem da marca e evitar a eros\u00e3o da sua clientela<\/strong>. Imparato sublinha que, embora n\u00e3o considerasse que o nome \"Milano\" violasse a lei, optou por substitu\u00ed-lo para<strong> p\u00f4r fim a toda a controv\u00e9rsia.<\/strong> \"T\u00ednhamos planeado pelo menos 50 nomes alternativos para este modelo e, no final, a quest\u00e3o do nome n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o crucial como isso\", afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Diretor-Geral est\u00e1 a contar com uma pausa no sentimento e acredita que <strong>a controv\u00e9rsia ser\u00e1 provavelmente esquecida no espa\u00e7o de uma semana.<\/strong> No entanto, exclui categoricamente a possibilidade de repatriar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o para It\u00e1lia, uma vez que nenhum dos locais de produ\u00e7\u00e3o italianos tem atualmente capacidade para fabricar ve\u00edculos na plataforma CMP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Alfa Romeo planeia lan\u00e7ar uma s\u00e9rie de novos modelos nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, incluindo novas vers\u00f5es do<strong> os Alfa Romeo Giulia e Stelvio, que ser\u00e3o produzidos em Cassino, It\u00e1lia,<\/strong> na plataforma STLA Large.
