Erg druk met zijn programma in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/wedstrijd\/formule-1\/\">Formule 1<\/a>Tot nu toe had Esteban Ocon alleen maar bewondering voor zijn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/autos\/lamborghini-revuelto\/\">Lamborghini Revuelto<\/a> Mansory, vers uit de werkplaats van de Duitse tuner. Maar het wachten is nu voorbij. Tijdens zijn vakantie in Zwitserland kroop de Franse coureur eindelijk achter het stuur van de spectaculaire supercar die door zijn sponsor werd geschonken. Hij deelde dit langverwachte moment op zijn sociale netwerken met een simpel bericht: \"First drive\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eerste uitstapje buiten het F1-circuit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esteban Ocon reed over de Zwitserse wegen naar het Ch\u00e2teau de Prangins aan de oevers van het Meer van Gen\u00e8ve om zijn Revuelto Mansory in levensechte omstandigheden te ontdekken. Zijn metgezel Flavy Barla, model en influencer, vereeuwigde deze winterse escapade waarin de Italiaanse supercar in contrast stond met de vredige omgeving van Gen\u00e8ve.  Dit uitstapje was de allereerste keer dat de auto werd gebruikt sinds de offici\u00eble levering eerder dat jaar. Hij wordt door Mansory 'Initiate' genoemd en vertegenwoordigt de allereerste samenwerking tussen de Duitse tuner en een Formule 1-coureur. Deze ongekende samenwerking, die een paar maanden eerder officieel werd gemaakt, had al voor heel wat opschudding gezorgd in de autowereld. De Revuelto Initiate is volledig ontworpen volgens de persoonlijke voorkeuren van Esteban Ocon en onderscheidt zich door het massale gebruik van zichtbaar carbon. De motorkap, deuren, dorpels, achterspoiler, diffuser en bumper zijn allemaal opnieuw ontworpen, terwijl rode accenten contrasteren met het overheersende zwart, dat loopt van de motorkap tot aan de achterkant van de auto. De bekleding is een combinatie van rood en zwart leder, carbon en gepersonaliseerde details. De initialen van de coureur staan op de deurpanelen, waardoor deze configuratie even exclusief als persoonlijk is. Een detail dat het echte 'one of one' karakter van deze Revuelto onderstreept, ontworpen voor een zeer specifiek gebruik... en een zeer specifieke eigenaar. De eerste afbeeldingen die door Ocon zijn gepubliceerd, bevestigen dat het interieur precies zo is als het werd onthuld toen Mansory het model officieel presenteerde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Krachtiger dan de originele Revuelto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel het design meteen in het oog springt, zijn de mechanica en het mechaniek niet overgeslagen. In tegenstelling tot wat Mansory soms doet, bleef de transformatie niet beperkt tot de esthetiek. Op verzoek van Esteban Ocon werkte de tuner aan de atmosferische 6,5-liter V12. De Lamborghini Revuelto hybride produceerde oorspronkelijk 1.015 pk dankzij de combinatie van de verbrandingsmotor en drie elektromotoren. Mansory is nog een stap verder gegaan door het vermogen van de V12 te verhogen van 825 tot 880 pk, voor een totaal vermogen van 1070 pk.
