In Termoli baart de motorenproductie zorgen. In Pomigliano d'Arco heeft Alfa Romeo Tonale moeite om zijn volumes bij te houden. Cassino lijdt onder de verouderende modellen Giulia en Stelvio. In Modena maakt Maserati een turbulente periode door. Toch maakt een van Fiat's historische locaties zich op om de trend te keren: Mirafiori. Na bijna twintig jaar van onregelmatige activiteit keert de fabriek in Turijn eindelijk terug naar een positieve dynamiek. Een gebeurtenis die zeldzaam genoeg is om vermeld te worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De Fiat 500 hybride als redder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De redder is de Fiat 500 hybride. Terwijl het afgelopen jaar bijzonder moeilijk was voor Mirafiori, met een productie van de elektrische Fiat 500 die waarschijnlijk niet boven de 30.000 eenheden zou uitkomen, heeft de komst van de hybride versie daar verandering in gebracht. De doelstelling is ambitieus: 100.000 voertuigen per jaar produceren. De productielijn draait al en zal in maart weer worden opgevoerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is een krachtig symbool voor Mirafiori. Vanaf 1 januari wordt geen enkele carrosseriemedewerker nog op werktijdverkorting geplaatst. Tegelijkertijd, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/stellantis\/\">Stellantis<\/a> zal de solidariteitscontracten van bijna 1.900 werknemers niet verlengen, wat een terugkeer naar volledige werkgelegenheid op de site betekent. Dit is een situatie die al bijna twintig jaar niet meer is voorgekomen. Voor zowel vakbonden als werknemers klinkt deze aankondiging als een echte breuk met het recente verleden van de fabriek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Massale werving, ongekend in 20 jaar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een ander sterk signaal van Stellantis is de lancering van een grote wervingscampagne. Aanvankelijk aangekondigd op 400, is het aantal nieuwe aanwervingen uiteindelijk gestegen tot 434. Het grootste deel hiervan zal direct te maken krijgen met Mirafiori. Het merendeel hiervan zal direct verband houden met Mirafiori, met 410 nieuwe werknemers die voornamelijk worden ingezet voor de Fiat 500 hybridelijn, maar ook voor de andere activiteiten van de fabriek. Dit is het hoogste aantal aanwervingen sinds ongeveer 20 jaar bij Mirafiori. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ondanks deze positieve signalen is nog niet alles geregeld. De vakbonden benadrukken de broosheid van dit herstel, dat nauw samenhangt met het commerci\u00eble succes van de Fiat 500 hybride. Zonder de toewijzing van een tweede model dat in de fabriek moet worden geproduceerd (het is niet duidelijk welk model daarvoor in aanmerking komt), zou het momentum snel kunnen afnemen. De komende maanden zullen daarom beslissend zijn. De markt zal oordelen over het succes van de Fiat 500 hybride. Ter herinnering: de oude Fiat 500 die in Polen werd geproduceerd verkocht 180.000 exemplaren per jaar. Na twintig jaar wachten is Mirafiori terug.
