Na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/stellantis\/stellantis-italiaan-antonio-filosa-voorheen-van-fca-wordt-ceo-van-de-groep\/\">de benoeming van Antonio Filosa<\/a> om de Groep in juni 2025 te leiden, is de ene na de andere Europese leider gevallen. Deze keer is het Luca Napolitano, de emblematische figuur in de renaissance van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/lancia\/\">Lancia<\/a>die terugtreedt als CEO van het Italiaanse merk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Van speerpunt naar secundaire post<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinds de oprichting van Stellantis in 2021 is Luca Napolitano de belichaming van de heropleving van Lancia. Onder zijn leiding heeft het Italiaanse merk, waarvan velen dachten dat het ten dode was opgeschreven, een facelift ondergaan: een nieuw logo, een premium herpositionering en vooral de uitdrukkelijke lancering van de nieuwe Ypsilon, het eerste model in een trilogie die Lancia in Europa moet doen herrijzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42970\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/luca-lancia-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Maar volgens het offici\u00eble persbericht van 7 november 2025 is Napolitano nu benoemd tot hoofd van Stellantis &amp; You - Sales &amp; Services, een meer cross-functionele functie die rapporteert aan Jean-Philippe Imparato. Een elegante manier om hem te ontslaan zonder het te zeggen? De man die de Lancia-vlam bijna vier jaar lang brandende hield, werd niet speciaal bedankt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een keten van reorganisaties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De verhuizing staat niet op zichzelf. Sinds enkele maanden is Stellantis bezig met een grote reorganisatie van haar Europese merken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jean-Philippe Imparato, na Alfa Romeo en daarna Stellantis Europe te hebben geleid, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/maserati\/na-alfa-romeo-besteedt-jean-philippe-imparato-nu-zijn-tijd-aan-de-herlancering-van-maserati-een-van-de-beste-merken-in-de-autowereld\/\">staat nu aan het roer van Maserati<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Santo Ficili, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/alfa-romeo\/santo-ficili-nieuwe-ceo-van-maserati-en-alfa-romeo-onthult-zijn-ambities\/\">blijft aan het roer van Alfa Romeo<\/a>een bevestiging van zijn stabiliteit aan het roer van het merk Biscione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emanuele Capellano <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/stellantis\/na-de-nieuwe-cfo-benoemt-antonio-filosa-een-andere-goede-vriend-aan-het-hoofd-van-stellantis-europe\/\">heeft het management overgenomen van Stellantis Enlarged Europe<\/a> en houdt nu toezicht op alle regionale merken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Roberta Zerbi volgt Napolitano op aan het roer van Lancia. Ze is al goed bekend bij de Groep, omdat ze eerder aan het hoofd stond van Stellantis &amp; You - Sales &amp; Services. Ironisch genoeg is zij het die Napolitano vervangt, terwijl de laatste... zijn oude functie weer opneemt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lancia weer kwetsbaar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Achter al dit leiderschap valt \u00e9\u00e9n vraag op: wat is Lancia aan het worden? Het merk heeft momenteel slechts \u00e9\u00e9n model op de markt, de Ypsilon, die bijna uitsluitend in Itali\u00eb wordt verkocht. Volgens onze informatie staat de toekomstige Gamma nog steeds gepland voor 2026. Maar deze plotselinge koerswijziging werpt een schaduw over deze herlancering. Zal de Gamma zonder zijn historische kapitein op koers kunnen blijven? De timing is twijfelachtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officieel spreekt Stellantis van een organisatie die \"gericht is op de klant\" en de wens om \"het volledige potentieel van het Europese assortiment te benutten\".
