Terwijl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/stellantis\/\">Stellantis<\/a> De Servische fabriek in Kragujevac draait steeds sneller. Het doel is om een productiesnelheid van 500 voertuigen per dag te bereiken. Een symbolisch getal waar de groep nog steeds moeite mee heeft, ondanks een toestroom van arbeidskrachten uit... de vier hoeken van de wereld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sterke groei in productie, maar nog steeds onvolledig<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens Milano Finanza is de Grande Panda een van Stellantis' strategische modellen voor Europa geworden. De fabrikant heeft aangekondigd dat de verkoop in Europa in september met 11,5 % is gestegen, grotendeels dankzij modellen die gebruikmaken van het Smart Car-platform, waarvan de Fiat Grande Panda er \u00e9\u00e9n is. De orders stijgen, maar de productie heeft nog steeds moeite om het tempo bij te houden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Kragujevac, Servi\u00eb, produceren twee teams al ongeveer 400 auto's per dag. Om de symbolische grens van 500 eenheden per dag te doorbreken, heeft Stellantis een derde nachtploeg opgestart, maar die is nog niet volledig operationeel. Tot nu toe zal deze slechts ongeveer veertig extra voertuigen kunnen produceren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Italiaanse, Marokkaanse, Nepalese arbeiders...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Omdat er een tekort is aan lokale arbeidskrachten en de salarissen met een maximum van ongeveer \u20ac 600 per maand geen Servische werknemers aantrekken, heeft Stellantis een wereldwijde wervingsstrategie ge\u00efmplementeerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eerst werden Italiaanse werknemers van de fabrieken in Pomigliano d'Arco, Melfi en Atessa gestuurd om het personeelsbestand te versterken. Ongeveer 200 werknemers van Transalpine stemden ermee in om tijdelijk naar Servi\u00eb te vertrekken, omdat ze een volledig salaris en een ontheemdingstoelage verkozen boven een korte werkperiode in Itali\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vervolgens werden 300 Marokkaanse arbeiders aangeworven voor de nachtdienst, met een basissalaris van ongeveer 300 euro, plus een reiskostenvergoeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maar deze versterking is nog niet genoeg. Nogmaals volgens Milano Finanza is Stellantis, om de gaten op te vullen, begonnen met een nieuwe wervingsfase in Azi\u00eb: ongeveer honderd Nepalese arbeiders zijn al aangekomen en anderen komen uit Bangladesh, India en zelfs Bhutan. Voor de fabriek getuigen de rijen nieuwkomers van een ongekend fenomeen: de productie wordt nu aangestuurd door arbeidskrachten uit drie continenten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een industri\u00eble noodsituatie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze internationale mobilisatie weerspiegelt de urgentie van het moment: de Fiat Grande Panda is de hoop van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/fiat\/fiat-terug-in-het-zadel-dankzij-de-grote-panda-die-de-top-10-binnenkomt\/\">Fiat's herlancering in Europa<\/a>. Antonio Filosa, de nieuwe baas van Stellantis Europe, rekent op dit model om het merk een nieuwe draai te geven en de doeltreffendheid aan te tonen van de lagekostenproductiestrategie die hij van Carlos Tavares heeft ge\u00ebrfd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Grande Panda voldoet aan alle voorwaarden: neo-retro design, hybride en elektrische aandrijflijnen en een concurrerende vanafprijs. Maar zonder een vlotte productiestroom zal het commerci\u00eble succes waarschijnlijk worden belemmerd.
