De Groep Stellantis<\/a>nu geleid door Antonio Filosa, zal er iets langer over doen dan verwacht om zijn nieuwe industri\u00eble plan te onthullen. Aanvankelijk werd het verwacht voor maart 2026, maar het zal pas aan het einde van de eerste helft van het jaar worden gepresenteerd, dus uiterlijk op 30 juni 2026. Dit werd onthuld door de Italiaanse zakenpers, in het bijzonder Milano Finanza, na een conferentie met investeerders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Een strategisch uitstel voor een beslissend plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Deze Capital Markets Day, waar reikhalzend naar wordt uitgekeken sinds het ontslag van Carlos Tavares in december 2024<\/a>Volgens Milano Finanza is dit uitstel bedoeld om het management meer tijd te geven om \"ervoor te zorgen dat het plan een echte heropleving vertegenwoordigt\". Antonio Filosa, benoemd tot CEO in mei 2025<\/a> die in juni is aangetreden, heeft al een aantal belangrijke maatregelen ingevoerd, waaronder een tijdelijke productiestop om te grote voorraden te voorkomen, prijsverlagingen voor bepaalde modellen in de Verenigde Staten en een reorganisatie van de Raad van Bestuur (nieuwe CFO<\/a>, nieuwe CEO Europa<\/a>). Maar het is dit nieuwe strategische plan dat de prioriteiten van de Groep, de synergie\u00ebn tussen de merken en de te volgen koers moet herdefini\u00ebren in het licht van de steeds fellere wereldwijde concurrentie, vooral vanuit China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interne en externe redenen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Volgens Ed Ditmire, hoofd Investor Relations bij Stellantis, heeft dit uitstel zowel te maken met de managementreorganisatie als met een aantal externe onzekerheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enerzijds vereist het samenstellen van een nieuw managementteam tijd zodat iedereen \"ten volle kan bijdragen aan het defini\u00ebren van het industri\u00eble plan\". Anderzijds is de strategie van de Groep afhankelijk van verschuivende geopolitieke en economische factoren: douanerechten in de Verenigde Staten en discussies met de Europese autoriteiten over toekomstige milieu- en industri\u00eble normen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Italiaanse merken in het ongewisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Deze vertraging komt de situatie van de Italiaanse merken van de Groep, waarvan de toekomst onzekerder lijkt dan ooit, niet ten goede. Bij Maserati moet de toekomst van het luxemerk nog worden opgehelderd na de commerci\u00eble mislukking van de elektrische Folgore 100 %-modellen. Bij Alfa Romeo laat het uitstel van de vernieuwing van de Giulia en Stelvio twijfel bestaan, ook al is er een nieuw model aangekondigd voor eind 2026. Bij Fiat zijn er nog steeds twee nieuwe modellen gepland voor 2026, maar de rest van het programma blijft onduidelijk (ook al weten we dat de Panda en 500 normaal gesproken in 2029 vernieuwd zullen zijn). Wat Lancia betreft, is de Gamma nog steeds bevestigd voor 2026, maar de Delta, die aanvankelijk gepland stond voor 2028, zou een jaar naar achteren geschoven kunnen worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dit industri\u00eble plan is dus van cruciaal belang om te begrijpen welke richting Stellantis zal uitgaan met zijn Europese en Italiaanse merken, waarvan de zichtbaarheid de laatste maanden sterk is gedaald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meer transparantie op komst<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Een andere belangrijke aankondiging werd gedaan op dezelfde conferentie: vanaf 2026 zal Stellantis zijn financi\u00eble resultaten op kwartaalbasis publiceren, en niet alleen zijn leveringen en inkomsten. Deze stap werd verwelkomd door analisten, die het zien als een teken van openheid en de wens om het vertrouwen met de markten te herstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antonio Filosa zal deelnemen aan de conferentie over de derdekwartaalresultaten op 30 oktober om investeerders rechtstreeks toe te spreken, een primeur voor de nieuwe CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voor Stellantis belooft 2026 een beslissend jaar te worden.
