Wat gebeurt er bij Stellantis<\/a> verdient onze volledige aandacht. Van aantreden in de zomer van 2025<\/a>Antonio Filosa drukt geleidelijk zijn stempel op de automobielgroep. En hoewel hij Italiaans van geboorte is, is het in Latijns-Amerika dat hij het grootste deel van zijn carri\u00e8re heeft opgebouwd, tussen Fiat Chrysler en Stellantis, vooral in Brazili\u00eb. Een groot deel van zijn vertrouwenskring komt dan ook uit dit deel van de wereld... en de ene benoeming volgt op de andere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Een paar dagen geleden kondigde Stellantis de komst aan van een nieuwe Chief Financial Officer (CFO), de Braziliaan Joao Laranjo, een man die Filosa al meer dan vijftien jaar kent<\/a>. Hij komt uit S\u00e3o Paulo en heeft gewerkt voor FCA, Stellantis North America en daarna Goodyear. Hij is teruggekeerd naar de Groep om de CEO te ondersteunen in een moeilijke periode: dalende verkoopcijfers in de Verenigde Staten, druk op de marges en dure elektrificatie. \"We werken al 15 jaar samen\", benadrukte Filosa ter rechtvaardiging van deze uitdrukkelijke benoeming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drama in Europa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nog een schok vanmorgen. Jean-Philippe Imparato, een voormalige naaste medewerker van Carlos Tavares en een vertrouwd figuur bij Peugeot en daarna Alfa Romeo, stapt op als CEO van Stellantis Europe. Officieel zal hij zijn tijd nu besteden aan Maserati, waarvan hij de herlancering zal overzien, en aan Stellantis & You, het distributienetwerk van de Groep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Om hem op te volgen heeft Filosa een ander profiel gekozen... opnieuw met sterke banden met Latijns-Amerika. Emanuele Cappellano, momenteel hoofd van Stellantis Pro One (de divisie bedrijfsvoertuigen) en voormalig hoofd van de regio Zuid-Amerika, is benoemd tot hoofd van Stellantis Europa. Cappellano is een Italiaan van geboorte. Hij begon zijn carri\u00e8re in Turijn, maar bracht een groot deel van zijn carri\u00e8re door in Brazili\u00eb en Zuid-Amerika, waar hij samenwerkte met Filosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Een Italiaans-Braziliaans team rond Filosa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Met Laranjo in financi\u00ebn en Cappellano in Europa plaatst Filosa aloude bondgenoten op strategische posities. Intern wordt hiermee een sterk signaal afgegeven: na het tijdperk Carlos Tavares, waarin het evenwicht tussen de Franse, Italiaanse en Amerikaanse culturen voorop stond, gaat Stellantis een nieuwe fase in waarin Itali\u00eb en Latijns-Amerika een sleutelrol spelen in het bestuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Er zijn ook andere stappen aangekondigd: Herlander Zola wordt hoofd van Zuid-Amerika, Samir Cherfan blijft verantwoordelijk voor het Midden-Oosten en Afrika, Gr\u00e9goire Olivier heeft nu de leiding over China en Azi\u00eb-Pacific, terwijl Ralph Gilles toetreedt tot het managementteam voor design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De achterliggende gedachte van deze benoemingen is om Stellantis te consolideren rond een kerngroep van managers met dezelfde managementcultuur en ervaring in Latijns-Amerika.
