Het is een ongekend initiatief dat een keerpunt zou kunnen betekenen. Al jaren groeien de spanningen tussen Stellantis en de vakbonden, tegen de achtergrond van de geleidelijke terugtrekking van de groep van het schiereiland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Explosief sociaal klimaat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De cijfers spreken voor zich: volgens een onderzoek van Fiom zal het personeelsbestand van Stellantis in Itali\u00eb tussen 2020 en 2024 dalen van 37.288 naar 27.632 werknemers, wat neerkomt op meer dan 9.600 netto-vertrekkers. Meer dan 60 % van de resterende werknemers is nu afhankelijk van sociale schokdempers, terwijl de nationale productie van auto's en motoren is ingestort, of het nu gaat om de merken Fiat, Alfa Romeo of Maserati. Lancia wordt momenteel alleen nog in Spanje geproduceerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tegelijkertijd zijn strategische modellen naar het buitenland verhuisd: Fiat 600 en Alfa Romeo Junior in Polen, Fiat Grande Panda in Servi\u00eb, Lancia Ypsilon in Spanje en Fiat Topolino in Marokko. Itali\u00eb, lang de bakermat van de groep, is nu beperkt tot een paar nicheproducten. De enige echte nieuwe producten zijn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/fiat\/nieuwe-fiat-500-hybride-prijs-en-leverdatum-eindelijk-bekend-goed-nieuws-en-minder-goed-nieuws\/\">de terugkeer van de Fiat 500 hybride op Mirafiori<\/a> en volgend jaar de Lancia Gamma in Melfi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gezien deze situatie is de druk nog verder opgevoerd. De Fiom heeft onlangs bij monde van haar secretaris-generaal Michele De Palma gedreigd met een algemene mobilisatie als het management geen teken van openheid zou geven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filosa gaat tegen Tavares<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tegen deze achtergrond nam Filosa een symbolische beslissing: ingaan op de oproep van de vakbonden en een eerste offici\u00eble bijeenkomst organiseren in Turijn met alle organisaties die de sector vertegenwoordigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Hier hebben we op gewacht sinds zijn aanstelling\", zegt Ferdinando Uliano, secretaris-generaal van de FIM. De verwachtingen van de Uilm unie zijn duidelijk: het verkrijgen van de toewijzing van hybride modellen aan Italiaanse fabrieken, het opnieuw opstarten van de motorenproductie in Termoli, het geven van zichtbaarheid aan Melfi en Mirafiori en tot slot het verduidelijken van de toekomst van Maserati in Modena. In Cassino beperkt de fabriek zich momenteel tot de Alfa Romeo Giulia en Stelvio modellen, die moeite hebben om de ge\u00efnstalleerde capaciteit te vullen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het moment van de waarheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Filosa's \"politieke daad\" wordt gezien als een breuk met het tijdperk Tavares, waarin er weinig sociale dialoog was in Itali\u00eb. In die tijd had de voormalige baas de groep vooral gestuurd via een logica van kostenbesparing en rationalisatie van vestigingen, zelfs als dit betekende dat het historische belang van het schiereiland werd opgeofferd. De laatste keer dat Carlos Tavares in het openbaar werd gezien in Itali\u00eb was op een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/alfa-romeo\/alfa-romeo-milano-mijn-dalfist-mening-over-de-eerste-stellantis-alfa\/\">bij de lancering van de Alfa Romeo Milano<\/a>en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/fiat\/fiat-verjaardag-italiaanse-minister-adolfo-urso-uitgenodigd-op-het-feest-om-spanningen-te-verminderen\/\">voor de 125e verjaardag van Fiat<\/a> in juli 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Door een open discussie te accepteren, heeft Filosa zich onderscheiden en probeert het een klimaat van vertrouwen te herstellen. Maar de verwachtingen zijn enorm: banen redden, een duidelijke missie teruggeven aan de fabrieken en de rol van de Italiaanse auto-industrie verdedigen in het kader van de Europese regelgeving. 20 oktober zou daarom een cruciaal moment kunnen zijn.
