Terwijl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/stellantis\/stellantis-zet-6-europese-fabrieken-in-de-wacht-waaronder-de-fiat-panda-alfa-romeo-tonale-en-alfa-romeo-junior-fabrieken\/\">Stellantis intensiveert tijdelijke stopzettingen in zijn Europese fabrieken<\/a>Servi\u00eb is een uitzondering. In Kragujevac, de fabriek waar de nieuwe Grande Panda wordt geproduceerd, versnelt de groep onder leiding van Antonio Filosa en bereidt hij zich voor om terug te keren naar de volledige productiecapaciteit. En dat gebeurt dankzij een recept dat op zijn zachtst gezegd paradoxaal is: de toevoeging van Italiaanse werknemers... en vooral de massale komst van Marokkaanse werknemers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">300 Marokkaanse arbeiders aan de slag met nachtwerk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens Milano Finanza zullen eind september of begin oktober ongeveer 200 nieuwe Marokkaanse werknemers arriveren, naast de 100 die eind augustus al waren aangeworven. In totaal zullen 300 Marokkaanse werknemers de Grande Panda-lijnen versterken. Hun rol is cruciaal: de invoering van nachtwerk vanaf de eerste week van oktober mogelijk maken en zo de fabriek op volle snelheid brengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ter herinnering: de lokale arbeidskrachten hebben niet aan de verwachtingen voldaan. Met een voorgesteld salaris van ongeveer 600 euro per maand is Stellantis er niet in geslaagd om genoeg Servische werknemers aan te trekken. De groep ging daarom naar het buitenland en vond in Marokko een snelle en betaalbare oplossing om het personeelsbestand uit te breiden. Hoewel Servi\u00ebrs lokaal nog steeds <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/fiat\/fiat-grande-panda-productie-veel-serviers-zeer-vijandig-tegenover-de-komst-van-buitenlandse-werknemers\/\">vijandig tegenover de komst van buitenlandse werknemers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Italiaanse ondersteuning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De Marokkanen zijn niet de enigen. Ongeveer 150 Italiaanse werknemers nemen ook deel aan het avontuur. Ze komen uit Pomigliano d'Arco (80), Melfi (50) en Atessa (15) en zijn naar Servi\u00eb gestuurd om de nieuwe werknemers op te leiden en te begeleiden. Hun rol is van fundamenteel belang om de productiesnelheid op te voeren en de kwaliteit van de productielijnen te garanderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Twee teams produceren al ongeveer 350 auto's per dag. Met de komst van de derde nachtploeg hoopt Stellantis het tempo verder op te voeren en de productie van een strategisch model voor Fiat te stabiliseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Servi\u00eb versnelt, Europa stopt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het contrast is opvallend. Terwijl Servi\u00eb zich (eindelijk) klaarmaakt om op volle toeren te draaien, neemt Stellantis elders in Europa gas terug. In Pomigliano d'Arco wordt de Fiat Panda een week stilgelegd, terwijl de Alfa Romeo Tonale-lijn twee weken pauze krijgt. In Poissy krijgen 2.000 werknemers werktijdverkorting tussen 13 oktober en 3 november. In Madrid zijn ook 14 dagen werktijdverkorting aangekondigd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze maatregelen, legt Stellantis uit, zijn bedoeld om de productie aan te passen aan een moeilijke Europese markt en om de voorraden aan het einde van het jaar te reguleren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De Grande Panda: een belangrijk model voor Fiat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De Grande Panda is klaar om een steunpilaar van het Fiat-gamma te worden, met hybride en elektrische versies, maar ook met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/fiat\/de-fiat-grande-panda-voor-minder-dan-15-000-euro-is-eindelijk-verkrijgbaar-maar-voorlopig-is-er-niet-genoeg-voor-iedereen\/\">nieuwe benzineversie zonder elektrificatie<\/a>.
