Dit is waar de nieuwe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/autos\/fiat-grande-panda\/\">Fiat Grande Panda<\/a>de populaire elektrische en hybride auto van de toekomst. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/fiat\/\">Fiat<\/a>wordt geproduceerd. Maar na de eerste leveringen ligt het tempo nog steeds ver onder de doelstelling: elke dag verlaten 150 tot 180 voertuigen de fabriek, veel minder dan de beoogde 500. De redenen hiervoor zijn niet langer geheim: Stellantis heeft moeite om lokale werknemers aan te werven en te behouden. En de redenen zijn geen geheim meer: Stellantis heeft moeite om lokale werknemers te werven en te behouden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lonen te laag om Servi\u00ebrs te overtuigen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De gemiddelde arbeider in Kragujevac verdient 70.000 dinar (\u20ac597) per maand, iets boven het Servische minimumloon maar ver verwijderd van het nationale gemiddelde van \u20ac920. Als gevolg hiervan verlaten veel Servi\u00ebrs de fabriek al na een paar dagen. \"Mensen willen niet werken voor dat loon omdat ze er niet van kunnen leven,\" zegt Jugoslav Risti\u0107, een voormalige vakbondsleider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buitenlandse werknemers om de gaten te vullen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij gebrek aan lokale kandidaten begon Stellantis buiten de Balkan te rekruteren. Na geruchten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/fiat\/goedkope-arbeiders-zouden-uit-nepal-komen-om-de-fiat-grande-panda-te-produceren-mensen-willen-niet-voor-dat-loon-werken\/\">over de komst van Nepalese arbeiders<\/a>Milano Finanza bevestigt dat 100 Marokkaanse werknemers nu in productie zijn in Kragujevac, om de start van de derde ploeg op de Grande Panda-lijnen mogelijk te maken. Ze krijgen ongeveer \u20ac1.000 per maand, een mix van Marokkaans basisloon (\u20ac300) en reiskostenvergoedingen (\u20ac700). Aanzienlijk meer dan de Servische werknemers... maar veel minder dan in de andere Europese fabrieken van de Groep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groeiende vijandigheid in Servi\u00eb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is waar de situatie ingewikkeld wordt. Terwijl Servi\u00ebrs weigeren te werken voor 600 euro per maand, staan velen zeer negatief tegenover de komst van buitenlandse werknemers die deze voorwaarden accepteren. In een land dat al wordt gekenmerkt door terugkerende demonstraties tegen president Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107, neemt de sociale woede een nationalistische wending. \"Servi\u00ebrs accepteren dergelijke lonen niet, maar tegelijkertijd staan ze zeer vijandig tegenover de komst van buitenlanders die deze lonen komen accepteren\", melden bronnen binnen de fabriek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor Stellantis staat er veel op het spel: het herlanceren van een vestiging die sinds de Fiat 500L inactief was en het succesvol opvoeren van de productie van een strategisch model voor het betaalbare assortiment. Maar de lagelonenstrategie die de nieuwe baas Antonio Filosa heeft ge\u00ebrfd van het Tavares-tijdperk, zal waarschijnlijk een explosief sociaal klimaat aanwakkeren.
