Terwijl het merk Scorpio ooit een echte gepassioneerde niche in de autowereld vertegenwoordigde, bevestigen de cijfers voor de eerste helft van 2025 een duizelingwekkende daling in het aantal inschrijvingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens gegevens die Autonews heeft gedeeld via zijn Dataforce database, zijn er in de eerste zes maanden van 2025 slechts 1.030 Abarths geregistreerd in Europa, tegenover 4.867 in dezelfde periode in 2024. Een daling van bijna 80 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historisch lage volumes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is moeilijk om duidelijke gegevens te krijgen over Abarth, dat vaak wordt verward of begraven in de Fiat-cijfers. Maar in het licht van de gegevens die Autonews beschikbaar heeft gesteld, is de trend duidelijk: in dit tempo zou het jaar 2025 kunnen eindigen met ongeveer 2.000 registraties. Dat zou een van de slechtste resultaten uit de recente geschiedenis van het merk zijn. In 2025 zou het misschien niet eens een kwart van dat volume halen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het detail dat pijn doet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De 1.030 registraties tussen januari en juni 2025 omvatten :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>318 exemplaren van de Abarth 600e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>558 Abarth 500e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>154 modellen met verbranding (Abarth 595 \/ 695)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze laatste zijn waarschijnlijk niet-geregistreerde voorraad. Dit betekent dat Abarth's 100 % elektrische serie slechts 872 klanten heeft overtuigd in zes maanden op de gehele Europese markt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Te ambitieuze positionering?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meer dan de verandering van motor is het de prijspositionering die een fatale slag lijkt te hebben toegebracht. Inderdaad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abarth 500e: vanaf \u20ac 36.900<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abarth 600e: vanaf \u20ac 44.900<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze prijzen, zonder speciale aanbiedingen, lijken niet in overeenstemming met de waargenomen waarde. Voor veel liefhebbers zijn deze modellen in het gunstigste geval \u20ac10.000 minder waard. De ziel van Abarth - sportief, licht en toegankelijk - lijkt te zijn opgeofferd ten gunste van een marketingstrategie 100 % electric... die geen interesse heeft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat heeft de toekomst in petto voor Abarth?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De situatie is zorgwekkend. Vooral omdat de Europese markt streng blijft voor voertuigen met verbrandingsmotoren, die zwaar worden belast op hun CO\u2082-uitstoot. Er doen echter geruchten de ronde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/abarth\/dabarths-terugkeer-naar-verbranding-met-een-motor-die-gebruikt-wordt-in-de-rallysport\/\">over de terugkeer van Abarth naar verbrandingsmotoren<\/a>misschien met een afgezwakte of gedeeltelijk ge\u00eblektrificeerde versie. Maar nog niets concreets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat zeker is, is dat de 100 % elektrische strategie van Abarth een commerci\u00eble mislukking is.
