Als deze richting verrassend leek, heeft het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/alfa-romeo\/alfa-romeo-1-jaar-nadat-de-ceo-bevestigt-dat-de-giulia-niet-langer-een-hatchback-zal-zijn\/\">is sindsdien bevestigd door de CEO van het merk<\/a>Santo Ficili, die bevestigde dat het inderdaad een crossover zou zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maar deze stilistische keuze kan betreurenswaardig lijken, <strong>het kan ook een technische beperking verbergen voor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/alfa-romeo\/\">Alfa Romeo<\/a>.<\/strong> De overstap naar een crossover is misschien niet alleen een designtrend, maar een noodzaak die wordt opgelegd door de integratie van batterijen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stellantis, dat onlangs is begonnen met de ontwikkeling van nieuwe elektrische voertuigen, heeft tot nu toe alleen <strong>elektrische berlines met een grote batterijcapaciteit. <\/strong>Slechts \u00e9\u00e9n model springt er echt uit: de Dodge Charger, maar dan met een lengte van 5,2 m en een batterij van 100 kWh. De voormalige CEO van het merk beloofde een elektrische versie die in staat was om <strong>1000 pk in Quadrifoglio-uitvoering<\/strong> 0 tot 100 km\/u in 2 seconden. Voor dergelijke prestaties, <strong>de batterij moet aanzienlijk zijn,<\/strong> waarschijnlijk minstens 100 kWh. Een keuze die in feite een direct gevolg zou kunnen zijn van de technische beperkingen in verband met de elektrificatie van de Giulia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ter vergelijking: de BMW i4 M50<\/strong>een volledig elektrisch model, biedt 544 pk uit een 83,9 kWh batterij voor een lengte van 4,8 m. Dit model laat zien dat er een goede balans is tussen accucapaciteit en autolengte. De toekomstige Lancia Gamma neemt, net als de nieuwe DS N8, ook een crossover-kant, met een structuur die het midden houdt tussen een sedan en een SUV. Zijn deze keuzes puur ingegeven door een designtrend?
