2024 zal een moeilijk jaar zijn geweest voor Stellantis<\/a>. Hoewel de financi\u00eble resultaten van de Groep ver achterbleven bij de verwachtingen, is het de strategie van de Groep om te blijven groeien, met rode cijfers, en heeft ook zijn dividenduitkeringsbeleid ingeperkt<\/strong>. Hier volgt een overzicht van de resultaten van het jaar en de vooruitzichten voor 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het jaar 2024 was bijzonder moeilijk voor Stellantis, <\/strong>met een duidelijke daling van de financi\u00eble prestaties. De netto-omzet van de Groep bedroeg 156 miljard euro<\/strong>een val van 18 %<\/strong> vergeleken met 2023. Deze daling is grotendeels toe te schrijven aan lagere verkopen en voorraadverminderende maatregelen. De Groep boekte een 132 % van zendingsvolumes<\/strong>Deze daling werd geaccentueerd door de tijdelijke afwezigheid van bepaalde modellen uit het assortiment en een vermindering van de voorraden wereldwijd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maar de meest spectaculaire daling was die van de winsten. Met een nettowinst van 5,5 miljard euro,<\/strong> Stellantis zag zijn resultaten dalen met 70 %<\/strong> vergeleken met het voorgaande jaar, met een marge van 5,5 %. <\/strong> De industri\u00eble vrije kasstroom was een ander donker punt. \u00c0 -6 miljard euro<\/strong>Het jaar werd gekenmerkt door een aanzienlijke verslechtering, waarbij productieaanpassingen en lagere inkomsten druk uitoefenden op de kaspositie van de Groep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Een verlaging van het dividend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In het verleden heeft Stellantis recorddividenden uitgekeerd, <\/strong>heeft de Groep besloten dit bedrag voor 2025 te verlagen. Het dividend per aandeel, dat 1,55 in 2024<\/strong>zal meer dan gehalveerd worden tot 0,68 \u20ac<\/strong> per aandeel voor het volgende jaar, een daling van bijna 56 %<\/strong>. Het doel van deze beslissing is om de liquiditeit van de Groep te versterken met het oog op 2024, een jaar dat gekenmerkt wordt door teleurstellende financi\u00eble resultaten en een dalende vrije kasstroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoewel de dividendverlaging kan worden gezien als een voorzorgsmaatregel, staat deze toch symbool voor de wens van Stellantis om zich aan te passen en extra middelen te verschaffen voor de uitdagingen die voor ons liggen. Deze verlaging is zeker een signaal van voorzichtigheid, gericht op het garanderen van financi\u00eble soliditeit op de lange termijn,<\/strong> zelfs als het sommige aandeelhouders kan teleurstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2025: onduidelijke doelen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De vooruitzichten voor 2025 zijn net zo onzeker. Stellantis verwacht positieve omzetgroei<\/strong> en op een eencijferige huidige operationele marge<\/strong>maar zonder precieze cijfers. De Groep verwacht ook een terugkeer naar positieve industri\u00eble vrije kasstroom<\/strong>Dit lijkt essentieel om het vertrouwen in de markt een boost te geven na zo'n moeilijk jaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De doelstellingen blijven echter onduidelijk, <\/strong>en Stellantis zal voor de uitdaging staan om zijn ambities waar te maken in een steeds intensievere concurrentieomgeving, vooral met het oog op de groeiende macht van Chinese fabrikanten. Tegelijkertijd zet de overgang naar ge\u00eblektrificeerde modellen zich voort, met 10 lanceringen verwacht tegen 2025 op STLA-platforms,<\/strong> maar de concrete resultaten van deze veranderingen moeten nog worden bewezen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De zoektocht naar een nieuwe CEO, die in de eerste helft van 2025 moet worden benoemd, <\/strong>zou een nieuwe impuls kunnen geven aan de Groep, maar er blijft onzekerheid bestaan over de toekomstige richting van de Groep, vooral na het aftreden van Carlos Tavares in november 2024.
