opschudding gezorgd.<\/a>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/stellantis\/\">Stellantis<\/a> maakt de samenstelling bekend van haar Interim Uitvoerend Comit\u00e9 (IEC).<\/strong> Verantwoordelijk voor de continu\u00efteit van de activiteiten <strong>onder voorzitterschap van John Elkann, <\/strong>Dit IRC bestaat uit sleutelfiguren in de organisatie, gekozen om de Groep te stabiliseren in afwachting van de benoeming van een nieuwe Chief Executive, gepland voor de eerste helft van 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Management onder de loep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het Interim Executive Committee, voorgezeten door John Elkann,<strong> bestaat uit managers met een bewezen staat van dienst binnen Stellantis of haar moedermaatschappijen PSA en FCA.<\/strong> Deze keuze weerspiegelt een verlangen naar continu\u00efteit en evenwicht in een tijd van turbulentie voor een van 's werelds grootste autofabrikanten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit zijn de belangrijkste leden en hun verantwoordelijkheden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Xavier Ch\u00e9reau<\/strong> Menselijke hulpbronnen en erfgoed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ned Curic<\/strong> : Techniek, Technologie, Software en Free2move<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arnaud Deboeuf<\/strong> Productie en toeleveringsketen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Antonio Filosa<\/strong> Amerika (Noord en Zuid), Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep\u00ae, Ram-merken en Maserati-design in Noord-Amerika.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u00e9atrice Foucher<\/strong> : Planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jean-Philippe Imparato<\/strong> Uitgebreid Europa en toezicht op Europese merken, waaronder Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citro\u00ebn, DS, Fiat, Lancia, Opel en Peugeot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Douglas Ostermann<\/strong> Financi\u00ebn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maxime Picat<\/strong> Inkoop, leverancierskwaliteit en regio's in het Midden-Oosten, Afrika, India, Azi\u00eb-Pacific en China<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Philippe de Rovira<\/strong> Filialen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze leden zullen verantwoordelijk zijn voor het dagelijkse management van de groep, terwijl ze vooruitkijken naar een strategische doorstart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bewezen talent in een moeilijke omgeving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De samenstelling van dit IEC benadrukt een aantal rijzende sterren, in het bijzonder <strong>Jean-Philippe Imparato<\/strong>Zijn rol is nog belangrijker na een carri\u00e8re aan het hoofd van Alfa Romeo en, meer recent, Stellantis Europe. Zijn benoeming in dit comit\u00e9 bevestigt het vertrouwen dat de Raad van Bestuur, voorgezeten door John Elkann, en de Raad van Bestuur in hem stellen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/nl\/stellantis\/stellantis-is-op-zoek-naar-de-opvolger-van-carlos-tavares-wie-zijn-de-mogelijke-kandidaten\/\">zou hem een kandidaat voor CEO kunnen maken<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategische ondersteuning: de uitvoerende vicevoorzitters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ter ondersteuning van de IEC zullen verschillende uitvoerende vicevoorzitters rechtstreeks rapporteren aan John Elkann:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bertrand Blaise<\/strong> : Communicatie en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olivier Bourges<\/strong> : Klantervaring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Giorgio Fossati<\/strong> Juridisch advies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Santo Ficili<\/strong> Maserati en Alfa Romeo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olivier Fran\u00e7ois<\/strong> Wereldwijde marketing en management van de merken Fiat, Abarth en DS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clara Ingen-Housz<\/strong> Publiekszaken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot slot zal Richard Palmer als speciaal adviseur een strategische ondersteunende rol spelen om een soepele overgang te garanderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een team voornamelijk van PSA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een opvallend detail in de samenstelling van deze IEC is dat de meerderheid van de leden afkomstig is van PSA, wat de culturele en bestuurlijke erfenis van de voormalige Franse groep in de huidige organisatie weerspiegelt. De uitzonderingen zijn <strong>Doug Ostermann<\/strong>voorheen van FCA, <strong>Antonio Filosa<\/strong> Jeep, en <strong>Ned Curic<\/strong>bij Amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met dit team op zijn plaats, <strong>Stellantis wil investeerders geruststellen<\/strong>medewerkers en partners. De missie van het IRC zal zijn om de directe uitdagingen aan te gaan en tegelijkertijd de weg te bereiden voor de toekomstige CEO. Het selectieproces, dat wordt geleid door een speciaal comit\u00e9 van de Raad van Bestuur, zal naar verwachting in de eerste helft van 2025 worden afgerond.
