Is dit het antwoord van Carlos Tavares, die een paar weken geleden zei dat de Groep te arrogant was geweest en dat de overgang naar elektrische voertuigen zal langer duren<\/a> ? Stellantis breidt ook zijn gamma hybride motoren uit en kondigt 6 nieuwe modellen aan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Net als veel autofabrikanten, Stellantis pakt de trage acceptatie van elektrische motoren door consumenten aan<\/strong>. Deze realiteit dwingt de groep zijn oorspronkelijke plannen te herzien en uit te breiden of zelfs opnieuw te investeren in verbrandingsmotoren. Carlos Tavares, CEO van Stellantis, zei onlangs: \"De spanningen die gepaard gaan met het gebrek aan betaalbaarheid en praktische bruikbaarheid van elektrische voertuigen hebben voor onvoorziene obstakels gezorgd. Wat we nu zien is dat je het tijdsvenster waarin deze overgang zal plaatsvinden moet verlengen.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deze strategische herbeoordeling heeft Stellantis ertoe gebracht haar investeringen aan te passen, met name door de bouw van nieuwe gigafabrieken in Europa op te schorten<\/strong> totdat de verkoop van batterij-elektrische voertuigen (BEV's) voldoende toeneemt. Tavares benadrukte de wijsheid van de beslissing om vanaf 2021 te investeren in multi-energieplatforms en flexibele productie. Deze strategische keuzes stellen Stellantis nu in staat om zich gemakkelijker aan te passen aan een in de tijd gespreide overgang. \"We zullen deze overgang in goede banen kunnen leiden, vooral door gebruik te maken van multi-energieplatforms,\" zei hij. Dankzij deze aanpak kan Stellantis zijn investeringen aanpassen aan de evolutie van de verkoop van elektrische voertuigen, met behoud van een voorzichtig cashflowbeheer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geconfronteerd met deze uitdagingen kondigde Stellantis in een recent persbericht aan dat het bedrijf zal dit jaar 30 hybride modellen aanbieden in Europa, met zes nieuwe introducties gepland tussen nu en 2026<\/strong>. Sinds begin 2024 is de verkoop van hybride modellen in de EU30 met 41 % gestegen ten opzichte van dezelfde periode vorig jaar, en dankzij nieuwe introducties wordt een toename van de adoptiegraad door klanten verwacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unieke multi-energieplatforms en een flexibele productiestrategie bieden klanten van Stellantis de vrijheid om te kiezen uit zijn portfolio van 14 merken<\/strong>. \"We hebben een bijzonder concurrerende hybride oplossing die nu aan kracht wint dankzij de nieuwe eDCT-technologie die we op talloze modellen toepassen om hem toegankelijk te maken voor een groot aantal klanten,\" legt Tavares uit. De referentie hybride motor, de PureTech Hybrid 48V, is een 100 en 136 pk verbrandingsmotor gekoppeld aan een 21 kW elektromotor ge\u00efntegreerd in een eDCT versnellingsbak. De versnellingsbak wordt geproduceerd in Metz, Frankrijk en Turijn, Itali\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In overeenstemming met de Stellantis 2028 routekaart<\/a>onder de zes nieuwe hybride modellen die tussen nu en 2026 worden aangekondigd,<\/strong> We zouden voertuigen als de Fiat 500 Ibrida en de Fiat Grande Panda kunnen zien.
